من خالل االبتكارات القوية مثل الحوسبة السحابية والتعاون المباشر عبر التخاطب عن طريق الفيديو فإن الطالب قادرون على الوصول إلى،عالي الجودة بل،جميع الموارد التعليمية للهيﺌة او المؤسسة ،وموارد المؤسسات الشريكة في مختلف أنحاء البالد دون عوائق بسبب الموقع الجغرافي،بل والعالم .والمناطق الزمنية والحواجز الثقافية والسياسية تطبيق هذا النهج الجديد لتوصيل التعليم يتطلب .رؤية وشجاعة وعزم من قبل المربين والمعلمين وإتباع النظم التقليدية واالستمرار في االعتماد حصرا على التدريس وجها لوجه ولقاءات التعلم سوف تودي بمؤسسات التعليم إلى التأخر و التحجر لتصبح هذا.مفصولة عن العالم خارج الفصول الدراسية حيث يعيﺶ الغالبية العظمى من الطالب،العالم الشباب وعلى األقل بعض المربين )مع تقدمهم هو عالم يلعب فيه الربط والتنقل وكثرة،(في السن ال سيما من خالل وسائل،التواصل عبر اإلنترنت والتعاون ،االعالم االجتماعية مثل تويتر والفيسبوك ويوتيوب ومن خالل االعتماد.دورا أساسيا في الحياة اليومية المناسب على التكنولوجيا للدعم الفعال للتعليم فإن، سواء في المدرسة أو الكلية أو الجامعة،والتعلم الطالب سوف يجدون التعلم أكثر إثارة لالهتمام إلى حد وهذا سوف يزيد بشكل.كبير وذا صلة وثيقة بعالمهم ،كبير الدافع للتعلم ويؤدي إلى تحسين حضور الطلبة وفي نهاية المطاف سيؤدي،وتعزيز فرص العمل .لمجتمع أكثر قوة وإنتاجية في ليبيا الجديدة
increasingly outdated and we will run the risk of incrementally demotivating our students. Demotivated students become underachieving learners who, in turn, are destined to develop into underperforming members of society. Used wisely by well-trained educators, technology can enable the new Libya to meet some of its most pressing challenges. These include: provision of a richly collaborative teaching and learning environment for all Libyans; scaling of scarce training resources; outreach to remote and underserved areas; access to remote expertise in real time regionally, nationally and globally; access to a rich archive of training resources on demand (asynchronously); reduction of travel time, costs and stress for trainers and trainees; potential to replicate the training centre model easily and effectively; and environmental sustainability. Through powerful innovations such as cloud computing and real-time highquality video collaboration, students are able to access all of an institution’s educational resources, and indeed those of partner institutions across the nation and indeed the world, unimpeded by geographies, time zones, and cultural and political barriers. Implementing this new approach to educational delivery requires vision, courage and determination on the part of educators. However, falling back on tradition and continuing to rely exclusively on short-life, one-off, face-to-face teaching and learning encounters will sentence systems and institutions to fossilization as they will become increasingly detached from the world outside the classroom. This world, occupied by the great majority of young students and by at least some of their typically older educators, is a world in which connectivity, mobility and frequent online communication and collaboration, especially through social media such as Twitter, Facebook and YouTube, play an essential part in daily lives. Through the appropriate adoption of technology to support effective teaching and learning, whether at school, college or university, students will find learning vastly more interesting and relevant. This will significantly increase motivation and lead to improved student attendance, enhanced student employability and, ultimately, a more robust and productive society in the new Libya.
