Annual Foreign Investment Economic Report
Areas of Interest: Companies with foreign investment participation in their capital stock. Corporate Companies registered in the National Foreign Investments Registry (RNIE), must comply with the requirements established in the Foreign Investment Law and its regulations, which establish that each year companies must file an Annual Economic Report with the information corresponding to the preceding fiscal year, in this case, fiscal year 2013. This obligation must be met so that the annual Certificate of Inscription of the Company can be renewed. The calendar for the filing of such Report, is distributed alphabetically in the next way: Deadline for Filing Companies with names beginning with the following letters: April 30 A, B, C y D May 30 E, F, G, H, I, y J June 30 K, L, M, N, O y P July 31 Q, R, S, T, U, V, W, X, Y and Z
Reporte Económico Anual de Inversión Extranjera Áreas de Interés: Sociedades en cuyo capital participan inversionistas extranjero. Corporativo Las Sociedades inscritas en el Registro Nacional de Inversiones Extranjeras (RNIE), deben dar cumplimiento a las disposiciones de la Ley de Inversión Extranjera y su reglamento, que marcan que cada año se deberá presentar ante dicha dependencia el Informe Económico Anual con la información del ejercicio social pasado, en este caso, el correspondiente a 2013. Este requisito debe cumplirse con el objeto de obtener la renovación anual de la Constancia de Inscripción de la Empresa.
