THE AGENT’S GUIDE TO THE APPRAISAL A proactive agent who understands the appraisal process will need to appeal less often. This seminar discusses ways to proactively interact with the appraiser and the lender to make sure accurate information is delivered. Proactive techniques will be discussed and a deeper understanding of the appraisal process will help the agent understand how to best handle apprasial issues.
