EM ABB1-Block 3 is the last of the EM ABB1 digital book series for teachers, parents and caregivers of preschoolers and kindergarten students. Building off of Block 1 and 2, this unit teaches the method of complements (of five and ten) for addition and subtraction. Students continue to enhance their mental math skills to improve their focus and memory capacity. Additionally, students will begin to understand column placement on the abacus through the instruction of complements and two-digit numbers.
