Driven by passion

Eaglestone Group is a European real estate developer which operates in Belgium, Luxembourg and France.
Active in the residential, office, retail, equipment, hotel and student housing segments, Eaglestone is committed to creating living and working spaces that meet the needs of our tenants.
Recognized for the architectural and technical quality of its projects, Eaglestone’s DNA promotes the enhancement of the existing environment through the creation of responsible urban developments with a unique identity.
Environment and humanity are at the heart of Eaglestone’s strategy. It focuses on reducing the carbon footprint of its activities and obtaining international certifications aimed at the wellbeing and comfort of occupants.
Driven by passion, the group works to develop ambitious projects contributing to the sustainable development of communities.
Eaglestone’s vision of architecture goes far beyond the simple exterior envelope of a building. Eaglestone developments take into account their impact on their environment. This is the result of careful, coherent and thorough thinking. Our aim is to provide occupants with living and working environments that are both pleasant and functional. Our architecture combines quality of use, sustainable development and urban renewal.
Eaglestone has chosen to integrate art into its thinking. Our ambition is to communicate this passion through our projects, aiming to actively participate in the urbanization and embellishment of the city and leave our mark on it, all with the goal of sharing it with the greatest number of people.
Eaglestone focuses on cities, where change, progress and challenges are significantly manifested.
Their visionary approach to the city promotes a dynamic, ever-changing city that encourages diversity of functions, enhances public spaces, provides innovative and inclusive services, and integrates coordinated mobility.
Depuis 2019, Eaglestone une entreprise neutre carbone pour toutes ses d'entreprise.
Since 2019, Eaglestone has been a certified carbonneutral for all activities related to the life of the company. In addition, each new development is subject to an in-depth assessment of its carbon footprint.
In 2022, Eaglestone Group adopted a common approach to sustainability across its various entities, initially selecting six United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Today, ten SDGs guide all our activities, particularly those linked to the development and implementation of Group projects. This approach is part of an ESG strategy structured around clear strategic priorities and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Present in 3 European countries and 38 cities, Eaglestone Group opts for dynamic markets supported by strong growth.
This geographical diversification is one of the pillars of the company’s economic resilience.
Eaglestone stands out for its innovative approach to evolving neighborhoods. As the Group’s core business, we reinvent the city by combining the precision of real estate development with the imagination of internationally renowned architects. This approach enables us to propose innovative concepts where services and technologies come into their own. We stimulate a change in mentality and the evolution of the surrounding neighborhoods by creating dynamic activity and high-quality public spaces. We constantly stay abreast of societal and environmental trends and believe in the diversity of skills for the realization of our developments, thus responding to the ‘revolution’ currently driving the real estate industry.
As an opportunistic player, our approach consists of identifying real estate opportunities and exploiting them through a valueadd strategy. In doing so, we create living and working spaces by adding value before selling them to real estate investors.
Cardinal Campus, a subsidiary of the Eaglestone Group, designs and manages functional living and working spaces, fostering conviviality and interaction for students and young professionals.Currently, it operates over 50 student residences, coliving spaces, and manages more than 6,000 units across France.
Cardinal is also redefining real estate with flexible solutions and mixed-use spaces to meet the needs of an increasingly mobile lifestyle. It offers serviced office spaces, including flexible offices, shared meeting rooms, cafécounters, and event spaces.
as a shared commitment within the Eaglestone Group
Defining an ESG strategy at the group level gives us the opportunity to structure our communication around past actions and those to be implemented in the future. It also offers the possibility to reaffirm our positioning by making ESG a core commitment within the group and our entities, while embracing urban and social transition and engaging our internal and external stakeholders.
To achieve this, the group has defined 2 levers:
Involving all employees towards a sustainable model:
> Communicate our ESG strategy within the group (training, communication, feedback);
> Expand employees’ ESG actions (including charitable initiatives).
Encouraging and supporting urban transition to build the city of tomorrow:
> Promote mixed-use development and enhance services within projects;
> Encourage access to nature and sustainable mobility;
> Strengthen social connections and consultation in projects.
Let’s create a sustainable future together
The real estate sector has a widely recognized impact on a number of key factors in climate change mitigation and adaptation. We have chosen to align our business with the European taxonomy as the most relevant commitment for taking effective action on these factors.
The criteria of the European taxonomy primarily focus on the environment, the pillar where a real estate player has the greatest impact in terms of sustainability, and governance, a crucial pillar to ensure the conditions for a sustainable project throughout the value chain. This approach enables us to meet the needs of all our stakeholders.
This commitment is reflected through objectives set for 6 challenges identified as priorities:
Combating climate change
Responsible water resource management
Transition to a circular economy
Pollution prevention
Biodiversity preservation
Integrating ESG challenges into our internal governance
The Bridge - Luxembourg
Since its creation more than 12 years ago, Eaglestone Group integrates art and an ambitious architecture into every concept of its real estate developments.
We have the ambition to share this passion with as many people as possible, through our projects, and to contribute to the embellishment of the city by leaving our mark.
Our challenge: to create the city of tomorrow together and differentiate these places through architecture, design, and art. These elements generate emotions and craft experiences through exceptional environments for living and working.
