In 2019 we “came back” to Kharkiv, our home town. It’s been a while since we last had so many projects at a time in Ukraine, let alone in the city where we are based. Even more so, we have never taken such a serious and detailed approach - on several building sites at the same time - to the topic of collective housing within the dense urban context. In this respect, we wanted to explore and test new trends that are relevant for modern housing typology.
Another important topic of the year was human resources in the framework of working spaces that favor communication, education, and leisure at the same time. Incorporated into the multifunctional ecosystem of office buildings or even larger campuses, these processes set an important agenda that gives vast opportunities for spatial organization.
