Wella Studio Payments and Policies
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellation requests must be made in writing at least 30 days prior to scheduled seminar date and is entitled to a refund by emailing us at studioreg@wella.com. If a cancellation is made after the 30 days, you will receive a credit to reschedule, which must be used within 30 days. One reschedule is allowed per calendar year. If you do not show up to your scheduled seminar without contacting us first, you will not receive a refund nor be able to reschedule. Occasionally, course content will change as a result of new information and product development. Studios reserve the right to update their courses and guest stylists without notice. This is not applicable to Payment Installment Plans.
