Formanyyears,theBraemarBulletin,ourweekly PDF update, has been a traditional way of keeping busy families informed about the week ahead. Meanwhile, the Braemar Buzz has provided a more vibrant and in-depth look at life at the College, featuring sector updates and insights from various members of our community.
In 2024, it became clear that while this style of newsletter resonated with some families, it did notwithothers.Inresponse,wehaverefinedour approach to deliver more targeted communicationindifferentareasofinterest.
Introducing Braemar News a new, flexible way of sharing updates from across the College. Rather than following a fixed schedule, this medium will allow various members of ourcommunitytoprovidetimelyandrelevantupdatesasneeded.Forexample:

OurDirectorofMusicmayprovideinsightsintoupcomingperformancesandactivities
Our Head of Learning and Teaching or Heads of School may offer updates on key academicinitiatives.
At the end of each term, we will compile the most significant articles from our Braemar News updates into a magazine-style publication called Braemar Buzz. This publication will launch at the end of Term 2 and will be accessible via our online platform, ISSUU, allowing familiestoreaditonanydevice.
