Albufeira is where it all started, where we started Divine Home and opened our first office in 2005. This allowed us to help people achieve their dream of a holiday home in the beautiful Algarve. Albufeira was a logical place for us to start, being the most well-known city on the Algarve coastline and popular all year round. Our office is located in the city centre on the well-known Avenida dos Descobimentos, the main road through Albufeira, and is easily accessible by car or on foot from the city centre.
We started with a small team, but since 2005, we have grown into a larger team of 9 professionals. With this team, we can help you buy and sell properties in Albufeira and the surrounding area. Whether it is a house on the coast in lively Albufeira or Olhos d’Agua, a house in the quiet villages of Paderne or Guia or further west to Carvoeiro and Ferragudo, we’ll be delighted to help you.
Our Albufeira team consists of six skilled property agents (Wouter, Maarten, Matthew, John, Hellen and Tom) and 4 office heroes (Jacqueline, Sally, Carolina and Anaïs) who are responsible for customer service, providing support to our property agents and general office duties.

Once a sleepy fishing village, this traditional Portuguese city is now one of the Algarve’s main tourist destinations.
The beautiful “blue flag” beaches, 18th century churches and cobbled streets of the “old town” are mixed with restaurants, bars, neon lights and the thriving nightlife of the “strip”. There are also several international schools in the area, and with some of the best golf courses in Europe right nearby, there really is something for everyone.
The combination of climate, culture and cuisine also make Albufeira the number one destination for property investors, expats and retirees. On average, Albufeira enjoys over 300 days of sunshine per year and some of the mildest winters in Europe. The established multinational population is a melting pot of culture that makes it the perfect home in the sun. One of the local highlights is Paderne, a small, old village nestled among olive trees and orange groves, high in the hills above Albufeira. Not many tourists have yet found their way to Paderne and the village has preserved its authentic character. In fact, Paderne is rightfully one of the most beautiful villages in the Algarve.
