House of Amber is a Danish jewellery brand founded in 1933. It is one of the world’s oldest producers of exclusive amber jewellery and today also one of the largest. It is located in cities all around the world including Copenhagen, Stockholm, Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Macau, Dubai and Solvang.
House of Amber has a wide selection of exclusive jewelleries made from the finest quality of amber often set with silver, gold and diamonds. The stones are carefully selected by House of Amber’s skilled goldsmiths and turned into exquisite jewellery designs.
Each piece of amber is completely unique. The stones are 30 – 50 million years old and decent from a prehistoric time where the liquid resin from the primeval trees seeped out into the forest floor (skovbunden) and ended up in the ground. Here it became amber through millions of years of fossilisation transforming into sparkling, golden stones in unique colours and shapes.
