Modere has been an amazing place to work. I’ve been here for a number of years and am grateful for the experiences and opportunities I’ve had. I don’t see those I work with as co-workers—they are family. It has been awesome to be able to work side by side with such amazing individuals and friends to accomplish some pretty amazing things. The values Modere stands for really resonate with me. They help me to be a better person in both my work and personal life. Modere stresses a work/life balance, which is also very important to my family and me, and there is a genuine interest in ensuring that everyone is successful in what they do. It’s nestled in one of the most beautiful locations in Utah with panoramic views of the majestic mountains surrounding us, and I love it!

We provide company-paid training opportunities (on the job and offsite), tuition reimbursement, etc. One of our focuses this year is to provide resources for overall wellbeing, including financial, emotional, and professional growth.
