What projects are you currently working on/have recently completed? We are currently working on a number of incredible narrow and wide-body completions, and several refurbishment projects, both in production, and in the earlier stages of design. How would you describe your style? Do you have a defined style? I lean towards a blend of timeless style with modern accents. A foundation of aesthetic, bespoke values built on sustainable traditions and historically proven perceptions, spiced up with more contemporary pieces that can change and evolve with trends. My background as a furniture restorer allows me to profoundly appreciate craftmanship and I have a deep passion for details. Where do you take inspiration from? Inspiration comes from everywhere: interesting objects, beautiful places, a painting, car or piece of art, new technologies - even some of the fascinating people you meet. I live and breathe design. It is really a part of every aspect of our lives and there are always opportunities to discover new things that can surprise and inspire you. Please explain how you work/your work life balance and how you achieve this in your life? We spend a lot of time outdoors. A family farm and part time game keeping allow for ample time of distraction and contemplative moments next to my daily work.

What are your hopes for the future? Given the hard time the world went through throughout 2020, I hope we are able to recover quickly, and that good things can develop out of this global challenge. What direction do you see design moving in? One of the things that makes design so exciting, it that it is hard to predict. Looking forward, my hope would be that we can ensure we are respectful to the planet, whatever we do for our customers. Be it sustainable practices and offerings – from materials to operations. There are many exciting opportunities and we are involved in a range of them today. Tell us a little about yourself: Favourite – food/drink? I eat anything that doesn’t eat me, and life is too short to drink bad wine. Favourite hotel? La Colombe d’Or. Your thoughts on life? Have fun doing what you do and do it with passion!
