What projects are you currently working on/have recently completed? We are currently in negotiation with a luxe wedding venue and boutique hotel one of our clients are looking to purchase in Northern JHB in an old historical Castle. Yes, we have Castles in Africa too. We are also signed to complete two penthouse luxe apartments in Cape Town for our client whose Johannesburg home was shortlisted for Design Award in 2020, and we are assigned to do another penthouse in Seapoint in Cape Town. We are busy with a large family home rebuild in the suburbs of Cape Town, a 1200m2 luxe villa on the cliffs on Antananarivo in Madagascar and a fabulous family home in Bryanston Johannesburg, a stylish penthouse and three apartments to furnish. If that weren’t enough we have secured another sensational modern 4 bedroom villa in Bronkhorstspruit east of Pretoria to design and build from the ground up. So we have a busy year ahead!
