The original kitchen, deemed to be outdated and too small has been redesigned into a contemporary and expansive space, with an eye-catching functional island. Natural light is dispersed throughout the entire kitchen space, complementing the warm and serene colour palette of the interior. The bright feel to the space is enhanced by the open floor plan which combines the newly renovated kitchen, dining area, and living area. In doing so, the scenic views of the Atlantic Ocean can be enjoyed from inside, and further creates an inviting space for small and intimate family meals, or lavish dinner parties for guests.
A space has been created for a new home office and study with a stylish round window, which carries on the theme of allowing an abundance of natural light into the interiors. Travelling into the stateof-the-art master bedroom, the space has been transformed into a tranquil retreat with large windows and deck access. The master bathroom has been transformed from a small and inefficient space into a spacious, bright bathroom with dual shower heads and vanities for optimum function.
The surrounding outdoor area is complete with a kitchen and an abundance of seating areas, positioned in the retractable screened-in porch and outdoor patio which is ideal for entertaining and relaxing. The retractable screen porch provides a beautiful and relaxing space that is complete with a clear grade fir beadboard on the ceilings and idyllic views of the ocean. Davitt Design Build have created optimum functionality by installing a button, where a simple push will draw the screens shut, preserving the area from any unwanted insects and pests.
