It is with immense pride and gratitude that we present to you the 2024-2025 Annual Report for Delta Kappa Delta Sorority, Inc. - a celebration of our collective purpose, resilience, and growth. This report captures not just the work we’ve done, but the impact we have created together
This year, we honored a significant milestone: 25 years of sxsterhood built through service. We carry forward the legacy forged by our Founding Mothers while continuing to evolve to meet the needs of the communities we serve and the Sxsters we support. We deepened our commitment to our philanthropic cause, child abuse prevention and awareness, by formalizing a national partnership with Prevent Child Abuse America Through this, in combination with our continued focus on HOPE Week and CHILD Week amongst other charitable causes, our charters logged over 7,500 service hours, contributing meaningfully to communities across the country.
As we reflect on the year, we are filled with gratitude. Guided by our pillars, we launched new national initiatives, deepened our commitment to inclusivity and justice, expanded academic support, and strengthened regional bonds. Throughout this report, you’ll see the numbers - but more importantly, you’ll see the heart behind them.
As we look ahead, we remain committed to building an organization that leads with intention, empowers with knowledge, and serves with compassion. Thank you to every member, alumna, advisor, and partner who continues to carry our purpose forward.

TOP 4 POSTS OF THE YEAR
Our most engaging content this year centered around Charterversaries (recognizing each of our Charters), philanthropy impact, recruitment, and press releases.
Dear Sxsters,
We would first and foremost like to congratulate National Council and each of our charters on another successful academic year The Delta Kappa Delta Sorority, Inc Board of Advisors remains honored to support and uplift this sxsterhood as we continue our journey together - grounded in service, sxsterhood, and unwavering cultural pride. We are deeply grateful to National Council for their dedication, perseverance, and care in guiding our organization forward.
As the governing and advisory body of the sorority, the Board of Advisors continues to focus on long-term strategy, organizational stability, and acting as a resource to National Council. Over the past year, we’ve worked closely with leadership to begin aligning our Values Framework with a more standardized charter evaluation process— ensuring that our core principles are being upheld across every level of the organization. We also reinforced the importance of regional retreats as meaningful spaces to reconnect, reflect, and rebuild local sxsterhood These gatherings are not just events— they are opportunities to create lasting bonds and lay the foundation for a powerful and unified experience at our next National Convention.
More than ever, in today’s world, our sxsterhood must be a place of safety, belonging, and shared purpose. In a climate marked by social division and political unrest, Delta Kappa Delta stands as a sanctuary a place where women of color can show up authentically and find strength in one another. We encourage each of you to lean into that strength. Prioritize community. Build relationships that matter. Find comfort, courage, and joy in the presence of your sxsters.
Looking ahead, Board of Advisors remains committed to supporting our national leadership and our growing membership We hope to welcome new voices to the Board of Advisors and continue building an organization that not only reflects the values we were founded on but adapts, evolves, and thrives with every new generation.
With Love, Board of Advisors

As I stepped into the presidency during an audit year, we focused on rebuilding internally our new sxsters took on leadership roles, supported by our returning members In the spring, we crossed our Xi Line with our first outdoor presentation and hosted a meaningful retreat on Whidbey Island.
