Fluid recommendations
Premium quality hydraulic mineral fluid is recommended:
• Mineral oil acc. to DIN 51524, part 2 and 3.
• Energol OE-HT-30 or similar oils of same quality

Viscosity
Recommended viscosity should range between 30 and 80 mm2/s (cSt). Maximum cold star t viscosity is 1000 mm2/s (cSt).
Filtration
For maximum pump and system component functionality and life, the system should be protected from contamination by effective filtration. Fluid cleanliness should be in accordance with ISO classification ISO 4406:1999. The quality of filter elements should be in accordance with ISO standards.
Recommended cleanliness for maximum component life and functionality: Class 18/16/13, according to ISO 4406:1999
Seals
Check hydraulic fluid specification for chemical resistance of seal material. Check temperature range of seal material and compare with max. system and ambient temperature.

Note: Above limitations refer to average case drain temperature, which can be up to 25°C higher than in the reservoir.

Axial Piston Pumps Series PVoc
Control option LDC
LDC control features an electronically controlled, closed loop proportional valve (Parker DFplus) which adjusts the swash angle of the pump depending on an electrical input signal. The actual displacement of the pump is monitored by an electronic displacement sensor and continuously compared with the nominal value defined via a control module. Any divergency of actual and nominal value will result in valve actuation and, as a result, adaption of the pump's displacement. A minimum of 30 bar servo pressure is required to control the pump. Without adequate servo pressure the pump is biased on stroke (+100%).
