As youcan see from above, there are both overview pages and specific content pages. This helps you to optimise content for search engines and helps a visitor find the right service quicker. Also, if you are marketing your website it would be better to send a potential customer to a page that is directly related to the marketing activity. For example, if I created a Facebook post about logo design services, it would make more sense that I direct the potential customer to my logo design service page.

I know the above probably seems obvious, but I cannot count the number of times I have visited a website that has a single service page that I have to read through and scan to find what I am really looking for. Again, make your customer's life easy and this will resultin better conversion rates.

7. Grammar and spelling

Well, this might be a bit controversial (sorry in advance), I live and work in London UK, so when I visit a UK based website, I expect the spelling to be in UK English. I know there is not much difference between American spellings and UK English spelling, but it is that little attention to detail that makes you stand out from your competitors.

Before I launch a new webpage or blog post, I use the free Grammarly Chrome extension to check my spelling and grammar. Honestly, this software is simply awesome and free, so no complaints from me.
