Dawn® Deco Powder Sugar offers the simplest icing solution. FRUIT FILLINGS
Our Dawn® Delifruit fruit fillings are ideal for filling, decorating or flavouring your mix of desserts, cakes, pies, Danish pastries, mousses, and more. We carefully select the best fruits in season from leading places of origin, so you can rest assured that you are giving your customers an experience they won’t forget.
DELIFRUIT XTRA - premium filling containing 90% fruit. Created to be as fresh as possible, we use fresh fruit compote as the main binding agent.
DELIFRUIT CLASSIC - Ideal for quality baking, our classic formula contains 60-70% fruit content and in most varieties and uses whole fruits. We pack our filling in tins, meaning the fruit integrity is conserved and shelf life extended up to 24 months.
DELIFRUIT DAILY - Perfect for simple creations, our daily formula offers less than 50% fruit content, but doesn’t sacrifice on taste.

DELICREAMS
Our Delicreams are high quality rich filling creams, ready-to-use and perfect for fine patisserie, desserts, cakes, donuts and muffins.
They are suitable for layering and filling or can be heated slightly to 32°C to increase fluidity and ease of application. For further versatility, the addition of 20-25% vegetable fat to any of the Delicreams creates a lighter and creamier filling, easily piped into pastry shells or on top of muffins.
DELICREAM FILLINGS
Our range of fat-based, pre and post-bake ready-to-use Delicream Cocoa Fillings are ideal for croissants, cookies, muffins, and other sweet bakery items.
With a smooth and creamy texture and an indulgent chocolate taste, the range includes Delicream Cocoa Bake, Delicream Cocoa & Caramel Bake, Delicream Hazelnut & Cocoa, and Delicream Nut Bake, all of which contain nonhydrogenated fats and RSPO palm oil.
For bakers looking for a filling with an alternative to palm oil, Dawn now offers Delicream Cocoa Bake made with Shea Butter, a naturally renewable raw material.

FRUIT CONCENTRATES

Dawn® Fonds are naturally flavoured cream stabilising powders for fresh or non-dairy creams. They’re designed to stabilise, gelatinise, flavour and sweeten cream, and can be used in nearly any recipe. Simply mix the fond with water and fold in cream for quick, delicious results. Dawn offers an entire range of flavours, such as neutral, chocolate, lemon and strawberry. Our latest innovative addition to this category is the gelatine-free fonds. CREAM STABILISERS
Dawn® Cream Stabilisers come in both powder and liquid format, and bakers can use them to create a variety of sweet treats and desserts like cream cakes, mousses, cream slices and more.
SANADUR CREAM STABILISER: our liquid stabiliser, which stabilises whipped cream. Ideal for all cream aeration equipment. Our recommended dosage: 10g for 1kg cream.
SANATINE CREAM STABILISER: a gelatine based powder stabiliser and gelling agent for fresh cream or non-dairy cream. Simply dissolve the mix in hot water, and add sugar before folding into whipped cream. These pair well with Dawn® Compounds for flavour and colour; they can also be used to set fruit fillings and fruit purees like gel, creating cuttable/sliceable layers.
Dawn® NEUTRAL PRODUCTS are specifically developed to enable you to tailor make your products to the taste you desire. You can be creative and give your signature to the ingredients you use in your creations.
COLD PROCESS GLAZES
Dawn offers two different types of cold process glazes, meaning no matter what you need, we have you covered.
DECORGEL PLUS - Ideal for fine pastry products, Decorgel Plus is an easy to use mirror glaze for elegant decoration and customisation. No additional stabilising agents required. Can be applied hot or cold. Just warm to 40-45ºC for easy and stable coverage for cakes, including on vertical or even domed products.
DECORGEL - Our ready-to-use Decorgel glaze produces an eye-catching shine and finish for the decoration of fine pastry products. Available in a range of flavours, no heating or dilution required.

Specially formulated to work well in commercial environments, there is sure to be one that will suit your business.
STANDARD BAKING POWDER - is double acting, so you get a rise once in the cold batter and again in the oven. It is ideal for all sponge, scone and biscuit products and is especially suitable for or pancakes, waffles and angel cakes. CO2 content 16.417.4%.
VICEROY BAKING POWDER - a general purpose baking powder is medium acting and perfect for smaller commercial bakeries or domestic use. Suitable for a wide range of applications such as sponges, scones, pastries and biscuits. CO2 content 17.3-18.3%.
SUPERSWIFT BAKING POWDER - this medium acting, high strength baking powder is perfect for use in commercial bakeries where consistent results are vital. The resulting batter or dough is stable even if a large batch is left to sit for a while before baking. Suitable for a wide range of bakery products including scones and other flour confectionery. CO2 content 17.8-18.8%.
