here’s your energy going? Never mind the money, products or what have you that you are generating, what is harvesting your intention, enthusiasm, dreams and desires? Are you anywhere near in control of your life? Why is it humanity seems to be spinning its wheels rather than progressing, while the insane scientific, military industrial complex accelerates in size and power like a monstrous metastasizing ghoulish tumor? The answer is clearly in the question. Whether you go for the esoteric concept that inter-dimensional or spiritual entities are ultimately behind this rapacious control system or not, clearly we’re not getting anywhere toward the advancement of the human condition. Instead it’s rapidly regressing. We’re following a script with very little to say about it, while being bombarded with a propaganda barrage that’s telling us it’s a natural progression of events. It’s not. At all. Just step back and “follow the energy” and see where it goes. This is where much of your energy gets absorbed and eventually dissipated: Bloated overreaching governments sucking economies dry while riding high on their people’s backs. Robber baron banksters bleeding the world while protected and encouraged by governments and courts that they own. Self-serving dehumanizing corporations exploiting nations worldwide with hardly a thought for the betterment of humanity.

A Public Proclamation of Liberty- continued by Kevin Annett
I
n the previous Agora, I laid out a program for the Republic that is arising among us and within us. I want to describe now some of what for me has motivated this vision and plan for reclaiming the land and our lives, from the power that has tried to imprison us for so long. In December of 1837, my great-great-great grandfather, Philip Annett, in the ranks of other farmers and blacksmiths from what became southern Ontario, took up his musket and tried to overthrow what passed for the government of Canada. Their insurrection failed, and grandfather barely escaped the hangman’s noose. And because the Republic that my ancestors envisioned was crushed, the tiny elite of bishops, bankers and aristocrats calling itself ‘The Family Compact’ continued to rule this land for its own private profit and enjoyment, leaving a trail of corruption, autocracy, and even genocide in it’s wake. The one photograph I have of my ancestor Philip Annett shows a stern, aging man wearing the grim sobriety of a failed revolutionary, yet a man unbowed: “a sterling

hiddenfromhistory1@gmail.com reformer, a staunch Baptist and a devout free thinker”, to quote one of his children. Staring at his image as a child, I always felt that Philip was trying to say something to me. It wasn’t until recently that I sensed what that was. One of the churchmen who helped defeat Grandpa Philip and the other Patriots of 1837, Egerton Ryerson, not only got a university named after him, but devised the first plan for the internment camps called Indian residential schools. “The heathen will either become as us, or perish”, Ryerson wrote with the same vitriol with which he had scorned and damned all those, like Philip Annett, who fought for a democratic and responsible government in Canada. And the cleric got his way. Under his guidance, and through an Anglican Church armed with absolute power in Upper Canada, Ryerson launched the genocide that would cause the legal slaughter of over 50,000 innocent children whose skin was brown. Today’s ‘Family Compact’ that still rules over Canada is no less elite or deadly than it was in Ryerson’s day,
regardless of its more “democratic” wardrobe. Two families control all of the major media in Canada. Another family, the Demarais clique, own the richest resource companies and generations of politicians, from the Bourassas to the Chretiens. And the one percent of Canadians who control 83% of our wealth are blessed and protected by the one man who legally runs Canada: The Governor General, the sole representative of a foreign, arbitrary imposition known as ‘The Crown’, otherwise known as ‘The City of London Banking Cartel’, which formally owns all of Canada. I don’t know how or where any of you were raised, but in my boyhood in Winnipeg I was dutifully instructed at school, in church, and amidst Boy Scout frolicking that I was born and would die “a subject of the Crown”: a weird notion, indeed, since I have never felt myself subject to anyone, or anything, save my own conscience. But that fallacy still tries to assert itself over my life every day,

The Sky is Falling!

hen I was a little boy one of my favourite comic books was ‘Asterix and Obelix's’ fun series of adventures about a little village in Gaul (France) who continued to resist the Roman empire's occupation of Europe in the year 50 BC. They did this thanks to a magic potion their druid concocted granting them the fabulous physical strength required to keep an entire Empire in check. Fearless but for one thing: the Gauls were, simply put, afraid of the sky falling on their heads. Though they could often enough punch their way through any enemy or situation, they were understandably powerless to do anything about the possibility of such an all encompassing, 'heaven-sent' doomsday scenario. Perhaps it was because there was nothing and no one to smack around, their magic potion in such a circumstance was useless, and the 'enemy' was simply out of reach, that on this one score they were reduced to frightened children shaking and quivering in their boots. Throughout the years the metaphor of their little village, their defiance, their one weakness, the simple heart felt joys they expressed and exemplified, stayed with me, and not just because I found myself coming from France into a strange country ruled by a strange foreign empire's hand. Eventually I realized that most of the world was still governed by the same roman laws, and that quite possibly the same evil empire was still struggling for world domination. Try as I might I never found a little village that resisted the might of empire nor a magic potion to kick their fascist derrières into retreat. Not exactly anyway. I'm sure you are thinking by this point that, okay, he's going to draw the obvious parallel between the magic potion and the awareness engendered and propagated via the information that The New Agora shares with its readers; and that maybe even, for him, the whole idea behind this agora is that very village found in the pages of the beloved comics of a lost little French boy. Well, you would be right. The thing of it is that life often seems to want to imitate art, maybe because it is art. Here we are, surrounded by a crazy world dominating empire of greedy lunatics driven insane by their psychopathic selfishness. They seek to keep us penned up and dependant in cities that are little more than human zoos where the animals pay for their own captivity with their work, lives and freedom, supplying us with villainy galore, and, of course, the opportunity for personal heroism. Mythic stuff. A singular effort to publicize our situation through print is leading people by example to a greater awareness of this situation, greater personal empowerment through their own growing consciousness and the acceptance of personal responsibility, all of which offers a real kind of freedom. That's not too far off from a magic potion that grants incredible superhuman strength. In fact, it's right on the mark whereas us saving our own asses from the fires of ignorance and separation presently consuming so many of us these days. Okay, we've got the empire, the village (the Agora), the magic potion, the characters (that's you and me)…what's left? Well, though the struggle has been titanic and is still ongoing, we've grown kinda fearless over here whereas taxes, government, each other and our selves are involved. Even some of the biggies have been stared through 'til they ain't no big thing either: death (misunderstood), sickness and disease (a message), the future (already here), responsibility (all ours), the end of time (theirs not ours). We've digested quite a bit throughout the years, and have learned about healing through the powerful act of forgivness; plus there's all that wonderful assumption of personal sovereignty, and non-obedience to self appointed slave-masters, which does wonders for one's self esteem, personal integrity, and is a big hoot to boot. Perhaps it does boil down to just not playing those sad games of the separate selfish self, whether sponsored by corporations, a government, or just the thoughts in your head, parasitical and mean, endlessly repeating that crazy mantra : ‘Me, me, me, me , me.” Extend your selfish concern over another and cure yourself. No-brainer. Simple as beans. So, we know their game. They try to sell us a reality of fear and lack, and have being doing it since forever it seems, and all supported by the insane idea that we are weak and so are in need of Big Daddy to lead us away from our own worst selves and into a paradise of someone else’s imagining. Yikes! Like Obelix says: those romans are crazy. From History’s darkened library we can still glean the absurd foolishness of their proposal. Why believe a predator preying on you and yours? Because he wears a big fish hat and robes all with more jewelry and glitz then Liberace? Or a red tie and expensive suit? Or an impressive uniform and shiny badge? Is it really that hard to see a shark coming, vultures circling, maggots crawling, parasites feeding, or to understand that this ‘system’ imposed on us from birth does not have our best interest at heart? And in truth has exactly the opposite in mind, literally. Look closely at their representatives, and the sinister, inhuman nature of their rapacious hunger. That, possibly empathic, feeling of dread that bubbles inside when facing one of these creatures gives a sense of where they exist. Hell indeed. No wonder they are in such a bad mood! Theirs really is a kingdom of the blind, complete with a one eyed over-shmoe to rule over them. Heavens! A fool’s paradise. So tacky. I had had enough and was done with fascism at the age of six when I realized that if I was an asshole no one would play with me. Hmmm, something there maybe. Alright. We understand who we are: full fledged reps. of the great Creator and Source of Creation. We know where we are and what we’re doing: actors in the theatre of the Divine presently touring through some of the lower levels of bottom feeding reality just to get some good practice method-acting and embodying separation itself. And why: it’s fun, seriously, and necessary on this journey of personal Evolution. The scene is set, the props ready, a place for everyone and everyone in their place. All with the caveat that the show must go on. Ready, set, action!

Other studies have shown that cannabinoids may work by various mechanisms, including inhibiting cell growth, inducing cell death, and inhibiting tumor metastasis. What is amazing is that while cannabinoids effectively target and kill cancerous cells, they do not affect healthy, normal cells and may actually protect
them against cellular death. Moreover, cannabinoids are also researched for their painmodulation and anti-inflammatory abilities as they bind to special receptors in the brain, much like opioid derivatives that are commonly prescribed today. Further evidence to support the effects of cannabis extract on malignant cells comes from the real life experience of individuals who have successfully overcome cancer by using cannabis oil. t could be lurking in the foods you eat every single day and you would never even know it. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has declared that one of Monsanto’s creations, a synthetic sweetener chemical known as neotame, does not have to be labeled in food products, including even in organic food products. A modified version of aspartame with even more added toxicity, neotame received quiet and unassuming FDA approval back in 2002, even though no safety studies have ever been conducted on the chemical (http://www. neotame.com/pdf/neotame_fda_US.pdf). In fact, an investigation conducted by Feingold. org found only four studies relating to neotame in the MEDLINE database. Two of these “studies” were not studies at all, and the other two were actually one duplicate study conducted by NutraSweet, the company that produces and sells neotame. So just like with aspartame, the FDA has once again approved for use a dangerous sweetener chemical that metabolizes into formaldehyde when consumed. Except this time, the chemical contains added 3-dimethylbutyl, which the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has listed as one of the most hazardous known
chemicals, and it does not have to be labeled on any of the products to which it is added. “Neotame has similar structure to aspartame -- except that, from it’s structure, appears to be even more toxic than aspartame,” writes HolisticMed.com on its page about neotame. “Like aspartame, some of the concerns
include gradual neurotoxic and immunotoxic damage from the combination of the formaldehyde metabolite (which is toxic at extremely low doses) and the excitotoxic amino acid” (http://www. holisticmed.com/neotame/toxin.html). The FDA, the European Food Safety Agency (EFSA), and the World Health Organization (WHO) all consider neotame to be safe for use, despite the fact that WHO actually published a paper seeking to establish acceptable daily intake levels for neotame. If neotame is so safe that it does not even have to be labeled, according to the FDA, then why do acceptable daily intake levels have to be established? And what is the point of establishing them in the first place? This dog and pony show of special interest regulatory corruption is a travesty that will have global negative health consequences. Like most other toxins added to foods, neotame will most likely cause chronic damage over a long period of time, which means mainstream health authorities will get away with never having to admit that neotame is a dangerous toxin.

More scientific evidence confirms that walnuts have some amazing properties: not only did they reduce tumor size in mice, but they also lowered LDL, the “bad” kind of cholesterol that leads to heart disease, according to a new study published in the British Journal of Nutrition last week. “If additional research determines that walnuts have the same effect in men as they do in mice, adhering to a diet that excludes walnuts to lower fat would mean that prostate cancer patients could miss out on the beneficial effects of walnuts,” said lead researcher Paul Davis. Prostate cancer is the second most common cancer in American men. One in six men will be diagnosed with it, but only one in 36 will die from the disease because most tumors do not spread beyond the local site, according to the National Cancer Institute. “These characteristics of prostate cancer make adding walnuts to a diet attractive as part of prostate cancer prevention,” Davis added. Walnuts have also been shown to reduce bone loss, a serious issue especially for post-menopausal women. But food packages cannot contain such information per the FDA. Heart disease is a growing problem for the elderly. Because walnuts have a high level of linoleic and linolenic acid, they reduce the risk of heart disease by decreasing LDL-cholesterol and increasing HDL-cholesterol, research has shown several times, even as far back as 1993. Adding further support to the benefits of a whole food diet, the 2012 study also led researchers to conclude, “The walnut diet’s beneficial effects probably represent the effects of whole walnuts’ multiple constituents and not via a specific fatty acid or tocopherols.”

himerosal is a widely used vaccine preservative that is present in the majority of flu shots and other vaccines. Thimerosal is 49% mercury by volume, an extremely toxic chemical element that wreaks havoc on the nervous system, neurological function, and overall biological function. Each dose of flu vaccine contains around 25 micrograms of thimerosal, over 250 times the Environmental Protection Agency’s safety limit of exposure. Mercury, a neurotoxin, is especially damaging to undeveloped brains. Considering that 25 micrograms of mercury is considered unsafe by the EPA for any human under 550 pounds, the devastating health effects of mercury on a developing fetus are truly concerning. Though thimerasol is not entirely mercury, the mercury content is still extremely high, making it very toxic to the human body. Despite highly exceeding the EPA safety standards for mercury content by over 250 times, flu shots are still recommended for children over 6 months and pregnant women. Natural foods neither require nor deserve governmental oversight. Truthful claims about curative or ameliorative effects should not be censored. For some governmental agency to assert that natural foods are drugs because they are curative is absurd. For that agency to suppress such information about cancer, osteoporosis, heart disease and pain is just plain evil. h... the first signs of Spring, new beginnings, young love and romance begins to bloom along with the flowers. Did you know that there is actually something called a “love” molecule? Known as PEA, phenylethylamine, it can be ingested to spur feelings of love and joy. It could in part be responsible for “love at first sight” and feelings of infatuation. PEA is a neurotransmitter in the brain that speeds up the flow of information between nerve cells. Where, might you ask, can I find this intriguing substance? We could all use some of that euphoric lift. It is plentiful in the nutrient dense one-celled organism, blue green algae. To find out more about this unique life form, I spoke with John Siakotos from E3Live. This ethical company has been carefully harvesting and marketing this tiny nutrient packed blue green algae for 20 years. John enthusiastically shared with me the story and properties of the particular kind of algae that E3Live uses in its extensive product line. The PEA rich species is AFA, Aphanizomenon flos-aquae, whose name translates from Greek; “invisible flower of the water”. E3Live harvests the thinned cell walled AFA from the chilly pristine waters of Upper Klamath Lake in Oregon. It is a high desert crater lake frozen over for 8 months of the year and bathed in sunshine about 300 days a year. Many mineral rich streams carry and deposit volcanic silt into the algae filled lake. It is stored at -34 to -37 degrees Fahrenheit in stainless steel drums until processed. But if you also look up and nervously wonder at how far the folly of ‘man’ can go, shaking together in our little French booties, so to speak, worrying that the sky might indeed be falling, perhaps together we can take a deep draught of our magic awareness expanding elixir and come to the incredible realization that we are being exactly faced, and thereby challenged, with our greatest fears so that we can fully embody the very opposite: our greatest selves, brave, courageous, fearless, heroic.
This fabulous gift can end duality just for openers. Even gratitude for these crazy times can come with the comprehension that in some amazing way everyone is really still working together regardless of ‘our’ kooky insistence of keeping the illusion of separateness going. I’m not saying let’s do nothing but smile and bask in the warmth of our realizations while the crazies continue to reduce the amount of sunlight on this planet. We each have gifts, tasks and responsibilities that come with becoming truly conscious, ones that will surely guide us into growing up to become an even greater People. So is the Sky falling? On our heads? Maybe. But if it does we’ll naturally rise above it. Lucky for us we’ve been practicing a long time for these very lives to experience what it truly means to no longer be afraid, of fear or freedom.

eoengineering is in essence the artificial and deliberate manipulation of the weather by applying existent technologies to change weather and weather patterns over an area of planet Earth. The use of these technologies has been pushed by a section of the scientific community as well as influential climate change alarmists groups. But the technologies used to modify the climate go beyond climate modification and extend their function to other areas such as plate tectonics, and military weaponry. Mainstream scientists do not discuss the uses cited before, but limit themselves to suggest practices such as ocean fertilization, cloud seeding and CO2 sequestration, among others. Techniques such as ocean fertilization, and CO2 sequestration have not been, however, the most popular among those who deem these practices as life saving. The United States, mainly, and other developed countries have experimented with other, less
sis of “climate engineering technologies, focusing on their technical status, future directions for research and potential responses.” Then it goes on to say that “GAO reviewed the scientific literature and government reports, consulted experts with a wide variety of backgrounds and viewpoints, and surveyed 1,006 adults across the United States.” Among the conclusions found by GAO are that “Climate engineering technologies do not now offer a viable response to global climate change.” According to the report, technologies studied by GAO included Carbon Dioxide (the gas plants breathe in order to live) removal, and solar radiation management (SRM). This last technique would include blocking the life-giving sunlight in order to, say some scientists and climate alarmists, prevent excessive heating of the planet. SRM technologies have been used widely in many countries this author has visited, including the United States, Brazil, Costa

What all of these practices have in common, though, is the fact that none of them is safe and their implementation could cause more damage than the supposed catastrophe they intend to avoid. This is the conclusion of a study published last July by the United States Government accountability Office.

What SRM does, is spray crystals and toxic chemicals such as sulfate aerosols and barium, into the stratosphere. “For more than a decade, first the United States and then Canada’s citizens have been subjected to a 24/7/365 day aerosol assault over our heads made of a toxic brew of poisonous heavy metals, chemicals, and other dangerous ingredients. None of this was reported by any mainstream media. The US Department of Defense [DOD] and military have been systematically blanketing all our skies with what are known as Chemtrails (also known as Stratospheric Aerosol Geoengineering), ” says Dr. Ilya Sandra Perlingieri. The GAO study continues to relate its findings by saying that current geoengineering techniques are immature and that many of them could have potentially negative consequences. This confirms the health hazards cited above by Dr. Perlingieri. However, the study also incites collective thinking where regardless of the risks presented by the use of these technologies, researchers still believe it is worthwhile to practice controlled versions of weather modification. Later, it says many consulted scientists oppose research as they anticipate “major technology risks or limited future climate change.” Most of the people consulted said they were not familiar with weather modification, but were open to carrying out more research, says GAO. These people are obviously not only unaware of the existence of geoengineering techniques – mostly because the government and the companies involved have somehow successfully tried to hide their experiments – but are also unaware that such experiments are carried out already all over the world without their consent. As explained before, studies like the one carried out by GAO should have been conducted before government and corporate experiments took place. However, as it happens often
GAO Study Comes Half a Century Late You would think this and other studies would come before any of these weather modification techniques were tried out in the open, but that is not the case. If one goes back half a century or so, it is easy to find examples of how weather modification was used as a warfare practice. During the Vietnam War, the United States used cloud seeding to flood land areas where the Vietnamese armies were stationed in order to weaken their operation against the invasion. Project Stormfury consisted of planes flying inside tropical storms and seeding such storms with silver iodide. The project was run by the United States Government from 1962 to 1983. Project Cirrus was another attempt to manipulate the weather; this time by affecting a hurricane’s behaviour. The project was headed by General Electric, the US Army Signal Corps, the Office of Naval Research, and the US Air Force. During this trial on October 13, 1974, government scientists, attempted to modify a hurricane heading west to east. Nowadays, even countries like China possess bureaucracies dedicated to the practice of weather modification. In Beijing, the Weather Modification Office coordinates the use of technologies to prevent or cause it to rain whenever it is needed. For the 2008 Olympics, China had 30 airplanes, 4,000 rocket launchers, and 7,000 anti-aircraft guns to stop rain. In its report, the Government Accountability Office (GAO) begins by explaining that the reason of their study is the analy-

nowadays, governments feel they are entitled to do whatever they want without informing the public first. Although GAO’s study is pertinent because it exposes what many have called “conspiracy theories” as facts, it fails miserably to address the history of weather modification and stratospheric experimentation already being conducted all over the planet. The study performed by GAO at the request of House Representative Eddie Bernice Johnson, rated current weather modification technologies on a scale from 1 – 9 according to their “readiness”. Although this criterion is irrelevant from the point of view of the health hazard geoengineering poses to humanity, none of the available weather modification techniques scored above 3 on the study’s scale. “Both research advocates and opponents cautioned that climate engineering research carries risks either in conducting certain kinds of research or in using the results (for example, deploying potentially risky technologies that were developed on the basis of the research).” The Government Accountability Office’s study seems to be originated on the widely debunked belief that human activity is the cause of what some scientists call Anthropogenic Global Warming (the planet has experienced global cooling in the last decade) that according to them is caused by Carbon Dioxide emissions. One can say that the study started with the left foot, because it is based on a premise that is at the very least dubious. At least one thousand renowned scientists have cast doubts

scientists regarding “dangerous sea level rising that “could threaten several large ports and urban centres in the United States, such as Miami, New York, and Norfolk.” Of course these same people have no problem with preventing the Third World from developing to levels they enjoy today, or to take the planet to a post-industrial era if this is what it takes to reduce emissions to levels only seen pre-Industrial Revolution.  More recently, a study by CERN, the CLOUD (Cosmics Leaving Outdoor Droplets) experiment, has once again confirmed that it is solar radiation and not human activity that drives Earth’s climate. The report describing the findings of this study were partially banned from public discussion by the head of CERN, Director General Rolf-Dieter Heuer, as he thought that the results of the observations would be used to publicly, once and for all cut the ears and tail from the pink elephant in the room: There is no such a thing as man-made global warming.
Despite historical evidence, the GAO study does not specifically mention the dangers weather modification through geoengineering pose to human life or to the planet itself. However, there is plenty of evidence on this regard. “For decades, we have known that heavy metals and chemicals can cause grave physical harm. Going back to Rachel Carson’s “Silent Spring,” we have known and been amply warned of the serious consequences of using or being exposed to these poisons in our daily activities. Thousands of these are well-documented carcinogens,” writes Dr. Ilya Sandra Perlingieri. Military and commercial planes are involved in more than 60 secret operations. Last year, when I flew across the country, I saw a United Airlines jet (flying below us at about 37,000 feet) spraying a black aerosol that went for miles and miles across the sky. This clandestine program now includes aerosol-spraying planes in North America, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand [all NATO countries]. Hundreds (if not thousands) of people have called and written their public officials to get answers. Replies
about the theory of man-made warming and this belief should at least be given a second thought. The premise of the study that humans cause global warming is filled with half truths and previously exposed fallacies such as the belief that some islands will sink as a consequence of rising seas, that ice caps will uncontrollably melt and that polar bears will die because they can’t swim. The study also considers other geophysical changes on the planet which would result from the supposed warming, such as changes in vegetation and precipitation which are unreasonably labeled a negative. In fact, the study says that many scientists “have proposed that rising temperatures might benefit certain geographic areas or economic sectors; for example, agricultural productivity might increase in some areas… …while global surface temperature is increasing on average, it is not increasing uniformly…” The former idea that agriculture in many parts of the world might benefit from the warming, coincides with the fact that scientific records indicate that planet Earth was once warmer and contained 10 times more CO2 than today, which resulted in greener landscapes and food abundance. As The Real Agenda has informed us before, the only concern people who defend the theory of anthropogenic global warming have, is that their beloved “ivory towers” and “premium centres of control” are saved from naturally occurring climate change. In the report, GAO cites concerns given by some

What GAO Does not Address in the Study As explained before, GAO’s study seems to come at least 50 years late, and on top of this, it fails to present unmistakable evidence that experiments such as the ones described as “potentially dangerous” have been carried out for many decades already. Even some main stream media have made echo of scientists suggestions to employ weather modification techniques to “save us from disaster”. Just last March, USAToday advertised how trendy it was to spray people with aluminum, barium and other deadly chemicals in order to save the world from human-caused destruction. The article went on to present what some scientist said was an opportunity to make things right before geoengineering had to be considered as a necessity. One scientist even suggested that geoengineering was a viable option to save us from disaster. “Research into geoengineering creates another option for the public,” said David Victor of the University of California-San Diego. Separately, National Geographic published an article suggesting the employment of nuclear weapons to reverse global warming. The magazine article echoed a government scenario where a small nuclear war among small countries could help reduce the effects of Global Warming. The article also warned that such a small war would cause the planet Earth to miss summers for several years, cause the appearance and spread of disease, but that perhaps it was a good idea to make it happen.

There is also documentation of intentional, experimental releases of radiation on civilian populations. How the Public Schools Keep Your Child a Prisoner of the State

ublic education, in its current state, is based on the idea that government is the “parent” best equipped to provide children with the values and wisdom required to grow into intelligent, functional adults. To echo what former first lady Hillary Clinton professed, these public school champions believe “it takes a village” to cultivate a society of competent human beings. As Hebrew University historian, Martin van Crevald, points out in his book, The Rise and Decline of the State, nineteenth-century state worshippers who wanted to impose a love of big government ideals upon the youth popularized the archetype for state-directed education. Additionally, there was an overall appetite for discipline of the “unruly” masses that reinforced the campaign to take education out of the hands of individuals. After all, the self-educated masses might resist government decrees, and this kind of disarray would be undesirable in the move toward building a powerful, controlling state apparatus. Prussia’s Frederick William I and France’s Napoleon discerned this, as did a legion of other despotic rulers throughout the 18th and 19th centuries. In a recent article published in the American Daily Herald “Dumberer and Dumberest,” Glenn Horowitz writes: If you’re not familiar with it, the Prussian system was a teaching methodology designed to stamp out good little worker bees assembly-line fashion, trained to be complacent with their station in life and compliant with every demand of the State. An elite of those better educated, but still proven unquestioningly loyal to the State, were promoted to lead the proletariat, rewarded with elevated status and material success commensurate with their skills and the zeal they demonstrate in supporting the system. It specifically avoided developing creativity and independent thought, reasoning these were skills the worker classes didn’t need in their roles as mass produced labor. Modern education is built upon a foundation set forth by tyrants. What is most disquieting about the public education mindset is that those who believe most strongly in it are convinced that there are no other suitable alternatives to the compulsory schooling provided via the public domain. The egalitarian core belief of these public education proponents is that society is responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and paying for the process of equally developing young minds. Since the laws of the modern state that control the educational system lean heavily toward equality, federal compulsory schooling is necessarily a bias against the best and brightest of America’s children. Lewrockwell.com sustains the philosophy that schools have the obligation to treat all students as pure equals – equal in intelligence, work ethic, performance, and desire. Such nonsense is refuted by H. George Resch in his article “Equality vs. Equity” on the Separation of School and State website. Mr. Resch contends that compulsory, government-controlled education is trying to achieve ends that are not possible due to the fact that general equality is not only impossible to define, but that biological, environmental, and cultural differences among us are so vast that a compulsory, standardized public education poses difficulties that cannot be overcome, and certainly not by a government-run school system. It’s obvious that public schooling is neither beneficial to most students, nor is it efficient. Education is an ac-
quired good, a good that has to meet the needs of the consumers or else face rejection in the free market. Accordingly, there is a necessity for unique, private educational institutions that cater to the urgencies of the marketplace, or home schools that provide a quality environment for each student’s direct needs. In a blog titled “Farmville USA,” writer Skip Oliva presents the idea that public schooling is organized along the same principles as factory farming. Public schooling is based on the same organizational principles as factory farming. They are both modern procedures designed to replace ancient methods of childrearing and rural farming, respectively. Both rely on a core principle of confinement. In factory farming, animals are generally kept indoors in confined pens for the duration
of their lives. If we’re talking about male cattle raised for veal, they are literally confined to a small box and denied any exercise whatsoever. With public schooling, children are confined indoors for the majority of daylight hours and, in lower grades, generally restricted to a single classroom. They are expected to sit quietly at desks – analogous to a factory animal cage – with only limited exercise approved for limited, scheduled intervals. Animals and children alike are deprived of the ability to fulfill their natural desire to exercise and explore their outdoor environments. The confinement of children on the part of authoritarian figures who demand mandatory attendance illustrates how the federal public school system has become a security garrison with satellite detainment facilities. Moreover, yanking children from their parents and assimilating them into dumbed-down, draconian learning pools based on age and collectivizing their learning experience in a quasi-prison environment hasn’t worked, and it will never be ideal for the vast majority of the children. Skip Oliva continues: There is also the issue of socialization. Many farmed animals, including cows, pigs and rabbits, are naturally sociable and psychologically require healthy contact with other members of their species, particularly with their mothers during adolescence. Factory farming largely ignores those relationships. Young cattle are often denied any maternal contact, in order to preserve the mother’s milk for human consumption. Animals are often caged or together in inadequate indoor facilities which promote the spread of disease, aggressive fighting and even cannibalism. Similarly, when children are confined in large classrooms, they are more exposed to communicable diseases and subject to anti-social behaviours such as bullying. Of course, proponents of schooling claim socialization is a primary benefit, especially compared with continued instruction from a parent (aka “homeschooling”). Yet as is true with most high-order mammals, human children require an extended period of exclusive access to a parent, ideally the mother, who serves as a model for proper social behaviour. Children of the same age are inadequate substitutes. They cannot model behaviours that they themselves have not learned. Nor is a teacher in a position to do so, as one person is incapable of developing the necessary relationship of trust with several dozen children during normal “business” hours. The reality of public schools in America is that they resemble prisons, holding children captive and subjecting

Continued from previous page them to monitoring, authoritarian supervision, arbitrary rules, prescribed conformity, coerced abstinence, zero tolerance insanity, irrational fears, invasion of privacy, prisonlike security, unlawful searches, mind-controlling drugs, and the police state. John Taylor Gatto, in his essay, “Some Reflections on the Equivalencies Between Forced Schooling and Prison,” noted that America’s public schools and its penal system are alike because within each environment an individual’s movements, thoughts, and associations are regarded with great suspicion and are therefore controlled. Gatto explains: Almost all Americans have had an intense school experience which occupied their entire youth, an experience during which they were drilled thoroughly in the culture and economy of the well-schooled greater society, in which individuals have been rendered helpless to do much of anything except watch television or punch buttons on a keypad. Before you begin to blame the childish for being that way and join the chorus of those defending the general imprisonment of adults and the schooling by force of children because there isn’t any other way to handle the mob, you want to at least consider the possibility that we’ve been trained in childishness and helplessness for a reason. And that reason is that helpless people are easy to manage. Helpless people can be counted upon to act as their own jailers because they are so inadequate to complex reality they are afraid of new experience. They’re like animals whose spirits have been broken. Helpless people take or-

Helpless people can be counted on to despise independent citizens and hence they act as a fifth column in opposition to social change in the direction of personal sovereignty. In 2009, a compelling documentary was produced that focuses on the control and containment that is the government’s compulsory school system: The War on Kids. This documentary has not received the attention it deserves, but every parent who has a child that has received a sentence of thirteen (or more) years in the compulsory schooling environment should watch this film. The filmmaker visually shows how so many of the public schools look exactly like prisons. Some of the footage you will see throughout the film is staggering, and some of the interviews with public school bureaucrats are remarkably creepy. In 95 minutes, THE WAR ON KIDS exposes the many ways the public school system has failed children and our future by robbing students of all freedoms due largely to irrational fears. Children are subjected to endure prison-like security, arbitrary punishments, and pharmacological abuse through the forced prescription of dangerous drugs. Even with these measures, schools not only fail to educate students, but the drive to teach has become secondary to the need to control children. Not only do schools fall short of their mission to educate, but they erode the country’s democratic foundation and often resemble prisons.

The word comes from the middle ages, from the word Liege, and its Latin originator “Laeticus”: a serf or slave. So, good people, check this out: every man or woman we “elect” to the Canadian Parliament takes the following oath of allegiance, that is, a pledge to become the vassal servant, to a foreign power: “I, [name], do swear that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second, Queen of Canada, Her Heirs and Successors. So help me God” Please take note that “your” MP is not swearing allegiance to we, the electorate, or to the Canadian constitution, but to an aging woman overseas and what she represents. “Your” MP, and the entire government of Canada, is thereby committing treason, and thereby becomes the bonded servant of a foreign power.
What resides in Ottawa is not a representative government, or a democratic one, but a bunch of overpaid and unaccountable agents of another state, who are under no obligation to heed our wants or be held responsible for anything they do. It’s called colonialism. And it explains why over 80% of the laws passed in that pseudo “Parliament” of ours are never debated or voted on, but passed in secret in that other feudal device called ‘The Order in Council’, issued by the Privy Council: a handful of bureaucrats and court insiders who are the real government of Canada. Are you pissed off yet? And if no, why not? Okay, so I’ll assume that like the other 58% of Canadians who were polled on the subject last year, you too want a genuine Republic, a responsible government, here in Canada, and an end to our links with the anachronism called the Crown. So how do we get there? Not with an election, or through the courts; not under the present system, at least. Every politician, civil servant, judge, lawyer and cop in our fair land is under that “allegiance” slavery to the Crown, and so is the voting apparatus. If this mess is to be changed, it will have to happen from the bottom up. That’s actually easier than it sounds, for it’s in our own neighbourhoods that our power lies. For that’s where
the basis of our common law resides: the Natural Law that grants us the customary, traditional right to be our own courts, our own police, and our own government when the powers that be refuse to protect our rights, our children, and our land. We all know, increasingly, how those who claim to rule us are blatant criminals, allowing their wealthy friends to destroy our planet and our lives for their profit, and branding us “terrorists” when we challenge them. We know that church and state in Canada planned and executed mass genocide on innocent children, and have now absolved themselves of the crime. And yet as long as we pay them taxes, vote them authority, and sustain their system, we have no one to blame but ourselves. If you are reading this and agreeing, then you have already joined our Republic of Equals known as Kanata. Assert your belonging by acting as free citizens of that Republic. Take the Oath. t’s easy for me to feel scattered, to stretch myself too thin, to multi-task till I am exhausted! No problem! We all have demands on our time and we wouldn’t say “yes” if those demands didn’t appeal to us in one way or the other. Plus it’s fun to say “Yes” to what comes! Yet I know that a lifestyle of constant running around doesn’t allow me to sink into the deep inner waters that nourish me in a complete and real way. Knowing it and acting upon this wisdom can often be two separate worlds altogether. Although simply glancing in this direction helps me to see that the journey into a deeper more fulfilling way of being requires great commitment: a commitment that is immensely powerful and because of this can be frightening as well. What does it mean to commit oneself wholeheart-
edly? What comes to mind is singular intent and refined focus of attention. Also a willingness to turn away from temptations that cause our focus to shift and blur amidst the multitude of options that present themselves every day. To make such a dedication in one’s life I figure it has to be backed by great love and passion because they will definitely be needed when waters get rough and thoughts start pulling away from the underlined goal. If it’s a worthy pursuit then challenges are bound to rise and test our devotion. There is richness in commitment because through it we find purpose, and with purpose we can direct our gifts and allow our inspirations to grow. The main thing is to find a form of commitment that ultimately uplifts the spirit and engages the mind and body too!

The “green” movement is upon us, and gaining ground fast. Like a carelessly disguised wolf in a field of walleyed sheep, this so-called eco-friendly solution to the planet’s woes is anything but. Why? Evidently, it’s a matter of semantics. Going green – what exactly does that mean? Well, for some it means installing plastic grass. Excuse me, polyethylene. I happened to watch a CBS profile of celebrity environmentalist Ed Begley, and learned that he satisfied his wife’s desire for a lawn by installing the fake stuff. For others it means using ink that is made with soy, 90% of which has been genetically engineered in a lab. Soy Ink: The choice for many natural/eco brands to dye clothing, use for books, product packaging, and even print magazines and newspapers, soy ink is most often made from GM [genetically engineered] soybeans. Ink is highly absorbable through the skin, so make sure to wash your hands after reading the Sunday paper. Others contend that nuclear energy is the safest, friendliest, “greenest” energy on the planet – just ask the folks living next to Fukushima in Japan about that one, I’m sure they’ll agree. That is, just as soon as they are allowed to go back home after the radiation is gone. Just how long does it take for radiation to dissipate anyway?
As of February 2012, the crippled Fukushima nuclear plant is still leaking radiation and areas surrounding it could remain uninhabitable for decades due to high radiation. It could take “more than 20 years before residents could safely return to areas with current radiation readings of 200 millisieverts per year, and a decade for areas at 100 millisieverts per year”. And evidently, people living in the country are not “green.” Yes, that’s right. The Green Agenda advocates human CAFOs (concentrated animal feeding operations) in the form of stack and pack housing in what is termed “Smart Cities.” A Smart City is an environment where literally everything you do and say can and will be monitored because everything and everyone will be attached to a complex grid of sensors and wireless networks, with your particular Smart City acting as the platform on which the grid is maintained. Since stack and pack works so well for animals, why not humans? After all, sickness and disease from living so close together while consuming artificial food in an artificial environment with only a few square feet to live in is not a problem, just pump everyone full of antibiotics and other pharmaceuticals just like animals. In fact, the required doses could even be put in the water supply, along
with drugs to alleviate the stress of being crammed like sardines in a completely artificial – sorry, I meant “green” – environment. Hey, I can’t wait to throw away every naturally produced plant on the planet, replace them with genetically engineered plant-like organisms, move into a smart city that is supplied with nuclear energy, plastic grass, and genetically engineered eco-friendly soy ink that is absorbed into your skin when you read the morning news. I can’t wait to pay to drink my own urine – sorry, purified waste water while “green” mega-corporations pollute the water around me with toxic sludge from belching smokestacks. If the new “green” movement has its way, that is exactly what will be happening. After all, we want to save the planet, don’t we? I’ve got a suggestion. Why don’t all the people who support this so-called “green” movement all move in together in one of these Smart Cities, and take all of their plastic, GMOs, and radiation with them and leave the rest of us alone. Going green used to mean going back to nature. That means taking care of what is around you in an eco-friendly way. NOT using a ton of plastic, NOT supporting a form of energy that has the potential to devastate the planet for eternity, and NOT designing our food and ink in a genetics laboratory! This is not green. This is insanity with a green paint job.

e can all agree on one thing: our money is at the heart of our economic problems. It is issued at interest by private banks and inflated and deflated and nowadays stag-flated at will. It finances those it owns or wants to own and starves the rest. It has literally financed and bought the world as we know it today. Everything we want, socially equitable relations, ecological sustainability, room for personal development, etc, will have to be financed and today’s money will not, and frankly, cannot do it. We are not going to finance the Kingdom of God, or the New Age, or the Aquarius era, or whatever with interest. We are not going to hand over 50% of our labor’s efforts in building this new era to some vampire class push-
ing computer buttons while monopolizing wealth. Whoever runs this world is not important. They rule it because they own and control our money, and we allow them to own it by putting our money in their banks and not demanding alternatives. So let’s take our money out of these banks and support or build our own private currencies, operated for the common good. Like in Germany, where dozens of regional currencies have sprung up in the last decade. Or like the WIR in Switzerland, active for more than 80 years and turning over the equivalent of 2 billion CHF per year and 1 billion outstanding credit. Or in the US the Berkshares, or even the Liberty Dollar. On the internet there is Bitcoin, but also the currencies of on-line games and applications like Second Life. Because of increased economic awareness, great momentum is leading towards creating low cost, fundamentally fair, high-powered working capital for local, national and international communities. Providing reliable services, easy means of payment, low cost credit,
convertibility to other units, run by highly capable people in small organizations. Both the theorists of Gold and interest free currencies agree that the current system must go and each suggests competition between currencies in a free market. So what are we waiting for? There are wonderful rewards out there for people willing to develop and run these systems. Business opportunities, but also the satisfaction of doing something profoundly worthwhile. So many wonderful and inspired people are out there who want to work to express themselves while making a living. That is what labor should be all about. And what better work can there be at this point in time than building cheap, stable and abundant currencies for millions of people, allowing them to do what they do best? Let’s face it, the dollar and euro are such atrociously expensive and unstable currencies, they would be completely destroyed if determined by competition providing

Two developments have increased its control exponentially: globalization and the information revolution. The world is entering the final acts of a great social, political and economic shift. The international currency regime, the keystone of control, is peering into the abyss; the Middle East is being turned upside down; the bankrupt United States government is fighting several wars and maintaining approx. 1,000 military bases in over 120 countries. The insatiable greed and desire for world control have created a breach in the system. People are becoming aware, while their masters scramble for control as the chaotic climax approaches. Violence, crackdowns, massacres and all-out wars are erupting from Libya to Bahrain. As Yeats put it, “the centre cannot hold”. The Arab Spring will soon reach the Wall in the West Bank, and when it does the possibility of a largescale conflict and the eventual involvement of Iran are almost inevitable. How the West reacts when this conflict erupts upon us will be the inflection point for the entire period. The great strides made in Western liberal societies since the Enlightenment have been firmly based on the Greco/Christian tradition. It should be no surprise that the purveyors of consumerist agnosticism firmly reject this tradition within the Western democracies. By pulling the spiritual rug out from under Euro/American culture, they have left a black hole that can only be filled by their circus and gadgets. We have not only paid, but have in fact indebted ourselves, to worship at the feet of their materialist God. This has nothing to do with theology and everything to do with culture. The West is paying a very dear price for having stopped thinking critically and educating its children. The great European experiment (much more than simply the EU), thought by many to be the light of the world, is sinking like the Titanic. With a total disregard for traditional culture, the ruling elites have turned our schools, universities, arts and mass media into a giant propaganda machine promoting political correctness, pseudo history & economics and the new world religion: debt-based consumerism. Anyone who questions their version of science, world history, or monetary policy is immediately branded as a malcontent and removed from the public

Many look at the twentieth century as a time of great economic and technical advance, but history, while recognizing the technical innovation, will condemn this century as the most vile in human history. The miracle that began in Greece, expanded in Rome, flourished in the Renaissance & Enlightenment and finally found its modern form in the Western liberal democracy has been gutted by a century of materialism, enslavement, slaughter and greed.
The Corporation and Infomocracy
There is no better example of fascism in today’s world than the major corporation: decisions made by a select group of insiders, bureaucratic conformism, communications ripe with propaganda, and the cult of power. There is nothing democratic about the boardrooms of these behemoths, so how can we expect the governments they rule to be democratic? They have created a two-party charade with news programs, talking heads and opposing media facing off in faux battles to conjure up a their infomocracy. The corporations control the creation and distribution of our money, our foreign policy, entertainment and news. The only way to put a wedge between these monoliths and the liberty of individuals is to completely disengage from them. They manipulate news and opinion to the extent that actual issues are never discussed, only the distractions are debated.
Two Examples - Health care and Iraq  The United States has by far the most expensive health care system in the world, and a decidedly unhealthy population. Something is clearly wrong with this system. The debate is carefully divided into those who want to maintain the status-quo -- Republicans, and those that want to enhance the status quo -- Democrats. All of the actors fall into line and go either shirts or skins, but the truth is never discussed. The Federal Government subsidizes the corporate health care system and the overpaid doctors by regulating the market out of the system and creating a closed corporate hegemony over the industry. The media and academic shills stick to their subsidized scripts and the real solution is never discussed, because that solution would destroy the bottom lines of the corporate players. Simply deregulate. Remove ALL regulations on who can practice medicine and how. Any drug can be sold in the US, period. End the FDA. Private FDA’s will sprout up, vouching for the validity of drugs. Some will be better than others, but the consumers will decide which ones work. Any doctor can practice medicine and many private organizations will appear vouching for their credentials. As long as there is a judicial system that can pass judgement on reasonable claims, the system will work out its kinks and we will have, without a doubt, the cheapest most effective health care system in the world. It’s that simple. The only thing the government is doing in healthcare is subsidizing corporate profits. Those preferring universal health coverage can certainly make their case at the local level without imposing it on a nation of over 300 million people. The war in Iraq was started by taking advantage of the fear and confusion from 9/11 with the intention of creating a safer Middle East for the state of Israel. While this idea is far from novel, it’s not allowed to enter the mainstream discussion of the issue. The truth is taboo because the consequences of accepting it would be beyond the pale for those who conceived of and pushed the country to war; too much blood to be laid at the feet of the guilty. The motives and consequences of Vietnam were argued in academia and the mainstream media ad nauseam, but you will not see a Pentagon Papers come out of The New York Times regarding Iraq because the repercussion would reverberate too close to home. How can the purveyors of morality be nothing more than war mongers?
THE CONTROL MECHANISMS Artificial Scarcity
 Why is there a world ‘economic’ crisis? Is it a lack of able-bodied workers, natural resources, factories, or infrastructure? Absolutely not. It’s a lack of liquidity and/or too much debt, however one decides to slice it. The most important myth supporting the system is the belief in fractional reserve money as a valid store of value and means of exchange.

Continued from previous page The banks are allowed to create the money out of nothing, and charge interest for turning the trick, while the masses have to earn it. The right to create money is the right to leverage, and it’s that financial leverage that hoists them to the top of the pyramid. Without this leverage they would not be able to create such massive amounts of wealth and control. The only way to destroy this system and create fair money is by creating awareness. Once people understand the “trick”, the whole house of cards begins to collapse. One simple thought experiment is to imagine what would happen if the the mega banks and the Fed came to an agreement to cut all personal debt by 50%, send a credit card with 20K to every American, while at the same time paying off all government debt (federal, state and local). In this experiment everything would be paid for by quantitative easing and removing bank reserve requirements for bad debts. The “crisis” would be over in about three months: anyone who wanted to work would be able to find a job, factory capacity would surge, and the entire world economy would rise on a massive wave of prosperity. The only trick would be keeping inflation at bay by reducing government spending to a balanced budget and keeping interest rates high enough. This is not to say that creating money out of thin air and giving it away is the answer, but it does point out that the entire crisis is abstract and contrived and the supreme charge of the government is to protect those that live off interest and leverage. The debts pushed on the 99% by the powers-that-be are its main source of leverage and wealth, and by overburdening the productive population with debt they killed the proverbial goose. People out of work, factories shuttered, fields unplowed, students without teachers, children without food -- all because of digital debt money. Why can’t a man with a strong back and a working brain simply go out, work, create something and exchange it for money? That would be too easy. First someone has to create the money, with interest. The fractional reserve system, by design, creates artificial scarcity, allowing the ruling banker class and their political puppets to skim enough off everyone’s work and turn abundant, productive labor and private property into a giant banker-run slum -- turf wars included. They put massive claims on future production until, at the end of the cycle, their debt chickens come home to roost.
Propaganda Why is this basic truth not shouted from every newspaper, college classroom, church pulpit and street corner? In a world of brands, they control who is deemed appropriate. Anyone who states the truth is isolated, blacklisted or demonized as inappropriate, which is now just another word for honest. An entire caste of over-educated shills dominate media, film, the arts, literature, and academia. Organized religion, when not protecting pedophiles and apartheid states, spends the rest of its moral capital railing against the basic pleasures of humanity that have yet to be monetized and securitized by Wall Street. They tell us to kill and we kill. Current fashion is that it is okay to kill Yemenis, Bahrainis, Palestinians, and some other assorted Muslims. Libyans have been put on the no-kill list and Syrians may soon find themselves on the same list. That list means only NATO can kill them (see Afghanistan). Iraqis have the special honour of being exclusively killed by Americans since May 2011
Education, Religion & Circus  One of the most amazing feats of the regime is how they coerce young people to go into extreme amounts of debt to be brainwashed and taught not to think before they
ever even have a career. Mainstream and not so mainstream religion generally tries to sell people on a hodgepodge of fear and fantasy, with a big pay-off for the self righteous who drink most from the sacred well of Kool-Aid. What must never be attempted is to actually have an authentic spiritual experience, for this would cause the subject to run from the dogma and quite possibly bring most of the remaining parishioners with him. Real consciousness is as much an anathema to religion as critical thinking is to academia. But even if one can escape the grasp of schools and universities, dodge the churches, few can evade the tempting trap of the circus. The television, music, the press, spectator sports, movie stars and the like have an almost hallucinatory power over the sheeple. Not only do these pastimes steal the money of the masses, they brainwash them to boot. The regime’s mantra: pay the master for the right to be enslaved.
SOLUTIONS Violent Revolution? In the Allegory of the Cave, Plato compares the awakening process to realizing the shadows on the wall are only reflections from lanterns in a cave, but he points out that there is a period during which the eyes need to
tively pursue locally owned alternatives and self-employment. As a consumer, avoid all corporate products whenever possible. This includes clothes, food, religion, news, etc. Bread & Circus – Cancel all cable subscriptions immediately. Sell all your televisions and take your best friend out for a night on the town with the proceeds. Stop participating in the corporate entertainment network. If you love baseball, follow a local independent team. If you love dramas, frequent your local theatre. Read independent news services. Always know the source of what you are consuming. Avoid corporate food at all costs. Pay the premium for locally, independently grown and prepared food. Follow the Law to the Letter – That means paying all taxes, following all regulations, and submitting to all their rules while they are still in force. The cause is not advanced by having militants ensnarled by the criminal justice system. All their efforts must be fully dedicated to disengaging themselves, their families and their friends. Moves must be calculated to maximize strength and staying power, even if it means remaining “attached” to parts of the system longer than one would like. A financially sound, secure militant family disengaging and evangelizing is their worst enemy. Politics- The obvious thing to be done is to abstain. In most cases, this would be the clear strategy. However, with an iconoclastic candidate like Ron Paul still in the running, it makes sense to give him support. The more the mainstream avoids him and dances around his campaign, the more he should be backed.
The Magical 10%
Iceland Revolt get adjusted; in these moments the person can see neither the shadows, nor make out the real images soaked in sunlight. Those who awaken go through many stages, one of which is the strong desire to plant bombs and slit throats. As Plato points out, there is a period of disorientation as one meanders out of the cave. While violence is the most appetizingly simple of choices, it is also the most counterproductive. Anything one does that can be utilized by the masters to fire up their destructive paraphernalia is a mistake. In fact, anything that even breaks their laws is harmful to the cause and will only create useless opposition. All forms of violent resistance only generate energy which they use to manipulate news and events in order to create fear and reactionism. They thrive on our anxieties and use the very energy generated against them as the impetus to foment division among their opponents.
Enlightened Disengagement The enlightened conscious man needs no school to raise his children, no church to know his God, no banker to validate his work and no government to choose his enemies. He is free to do as he pleases, when he pleases and how he pleases. His liberty allows him to need almost nothing, which is how the great evil matrix becomes undone: in a great fire of awareness. Money – Use fractional reserve money only for what is needed in the short term. Have no savings denominated in their dollars. All savings in hard assets. Work & Corporations – Avoid, to the greatest extent possible, working for and using corporations. Ac-

A recent study has confirmed that once an idea reaches the 10% threshold and that 10% is demonstrably fixed to the idea, the majority will quickly follow. “Three conditions are key: a majority that is flexible with their views, a minority that is intractable, and a critical threshold wherein about a tenth of the population advocate the minority opinion. They also saw that the time it takes to reach social consensus drops dramatically as the minority grows past this tipping point” The focus must be on the best and the brightest, the rest will follow. There is no need to dumb down the message; on the contrary, the highest level of argumentation and language should be implemented to capture the critical thinkers, leaders and trend setters.
A Well-Sharpened Blade
 There is only one path to freedom, and it is terribly straight and narrow. To navigate it one must shed prejudice, education, political correctness, patriotism, greed and fear. Realizing the profound depth of the deception can be frightening; a slew of long-held beliefs will come tumbling down. Much of the truth is, by design, diametrically opposed to what we have been “taught” to consider moral, ethical, even decent. Whatever term one wishes to apply to consciousness, revolution without it is simply exchanging masters. The enemy is ignorance in all its insidious forms. The real revolution needs no leaders, banners, or platforms. Each awakened man’s consciousness is his own guide. Those looking for a place to sign up are simply looking for more enslavement. The controllers are well aware of the danger to their pyramid and will surely toss out some interesting schemes to hold on to power. merica’s politicians, it seems, have had their fill of democracy. Across the country, police, acting under orders from local officials, are breaking up protest encampments set up by supporters of the Occupy Wall Street (OWS) movement - sometimes with shocking and utterly gratuitous violence. In the worst incident so far, hundreds of police, dressed in riot gear, surrounded Occupy Oakland’s encampment and fired rubber bullets (which can be fatal), flash grenades and tear-gas canisters - with some officers taking aim directly at demonstrators. The Occupy Oakland Twitter feed read like a report from Cairo’s Tahrir Square: “they are surrounding us”; “hundreds and hundreds of police”; “there are armoured vehicles and Hummers”. There were 170 arrests. My own recent arrest, while obeying the terms of a permit and standing peacefully on a street in lower Manhattan, brought the reality of this crackdown close to home. America is waking up to what was built while it slept: Private companies have hired away its police (JPMorgan Chase gave $4.6m to the New York City Police Foundation); the federal Department of Homeland Security has given small municipal police forces military-grade weapons systems; citizens’ rights to freedom of speech and assembly have been stealthily undermined by opaque permit requirements. Suddenly, the United States looks like the rest of the furious, protesting, not-completely-free world. Indeed, most commentators have not fully grasped that a world war is occurring. But it is unlike any previous war in human history: for the first time, people around the world are not identifying and organizing themselves along national or religious lines, but rather in terms of a global consciousness and demands for a peaceful life, a sustainable future, economic justice and basic democracy. Their enemy is a global “corporatocracy” that has purchased governments and legislatures, created its own armed enforcers, engaged in systemic economic fraud, and plundered treasuries and ecosystems. Around the world, peaceful protesters are being demonized for being disruptive. But democracy is disruptive. Martin Luther King, Jr argued that peaceful disruption of “business as usual” is healthy, because it exposes buried injustice, which can then be addressed. Protesters ideally should dedicate themselves to disciplined, nonviolent disruption in this spirit - especially disruption of traffic. This serves to keep provocateurs at bay, while highlighting the unjust militarization of the police response. Moreover, protest movements do not succeed in hours
or days; they typically involve sitting down or “occupying” areas for the long hauls. That is one reason why protesters should raise their own money and hire their own lawyers. The corporatocracy is terrified that citizens will reclaim the rule of law. In every country, protesters should field an army of attorneys. Protesters should also make their own media, rather than relying on mainstream outlets to cover them. They should blog, tweet, write editorials and press releases, as well as log and document cases of police abuse (and the abusers). There are, unfortunately, many documented cases of violent provocateurs infiltrating demonstrations in places like Toronto, Pittsburgh, London and Athens - people whom one Greek described to me as “known unknowns”. Provocateurs, too, need to be photographed and logged, which is why it is important not to cover one’s face while protesting. Protesters in democracies should create email lists locally, combine the lists nationally and start registering
voters. They should tell their representatives how many voters they have registered in each district and they should organize to oust politicians who are brutal or repressive. And they should support those - as in Albany, New York, for instance, where police and the local prosecutor refused to crack down on protesters - who respect the rights of free speech and assembly. Many protesters insist in remaining leaderless, which is a mistake. A leader does not have to sit atop a hierarchy: A leader can be a simple representative. Protesters should elect representatives for a finite “term”, just like in any democracy, and train them to talk to the press and to negotiate with politicians. Protests should model the kind of civil society that their participants want to create. In lower Manhattan’s Zuccotti Park, for example, there is a library and a kitchen; food is donated; kids are invited to sleep over; and teach-ins are organized. Musicians should bring instruments, and the atmosphere should be joyful and positive. Protesters should clean up after themselves. The idea is to build a new city within the corrupt city, and to show that it reflects the majority of society, not a marginal, destructive fringe. After all, what is most profound about these protest movements is not their demands, but rather the nascent infrastructure of a common humanity. For decades, citizens have been told to keep their heads down - whether in a consumerist fantasy world or in poverty and drudgery - and leave leadership to the elites. Protest is transformative precisely because people emerge, encounter one another face-to-face, and, in re-learning the habits of freedom, build new institutions, relationships and organizations. None of that can happen in an atmosphere of political and police violence against peaceful democratic protesters. As Bertolt Brecht famously asked, following the East German Communists’ brutal crackdown on protesting workers in June 1953, “Would it not be easier ... for the government to dissolve the people and elect another?” Across the United States, and in too many other countries, supposedly democratic leaders seem to be taking Brecht’s ironic question all too seriously. _______________________________ Naomi Wolf is a political activist and social critic whose most recent book is Give Me Liberty: A Handbook for American Revolutionaries.

nergy, energy efficient, energy crisis, green energy, energy drain, solar energy, nuclear energy, full of energy. We use the word “energy” many times in our daily dialogues. Energy is a broad term that embraces the technical to the ethereal. By definition it is the capacity for vigorous activity and the ability of matter or radiation to perform work. We study it, we develop it, we fret about it. There are always more energy efficient fridges, light bulbs and cars. We send representatives half way around the world to discuss it. We fear the depletion of our energy resources. We have a growing sector of the population that is sensitive to certain forms of energy. They seek places on the planet where they can live with minimal negative impact on their fragile states of health. We buy crystals and other gadgets to protect us from potentially harmful forms of energy from cellphones and computers. We bask in infrared saunas sweating out toxins. These are the energies we are familiar with, the energy that can be measured and quantified (like light, heat and radiation), but what about the other subtler forms of energy? What about the energy of Life? That, to my knowledge, has never been weighed or scientifically quantified, yet we are all aware of it. In the metaphysical realm energy is considered a living and constantly moving force. What are these fields of energy that swirl around us, influencing us in ways we are only beginning to understand? Five thousand years ago the Chinese defined a system of energy that we know as acupuncture that addresses the meridians of the body. Every culture throughout time has acknowledged some form of energy healing, be it through the vibrations of herbs, homeopathy or hands-on healing. Today there are many modalities that tap into the subtle energy field. Each of these techniques strives to balance and harmonize our energy fields, bringing a natural flow to the physical, mental and emotional bodies. The subtle energies we are probably most familiar with are meridians, chakras and auras. Meridians transport energy to the organ systems much like blood vessels convey blood around the body. Acupuncture points are specific points along the meridians that can be stimulated by pressure or needles to release blocked energy. Chakras are centres of energy that circle and swirl around the body in

If the system is reformed and the people reassert their control over currency, they would still not be able to provide the best possible money. This must be organized by the market. The market is ours, if we have the balls to reclaim it. In fact, we ARE the market. Neither Banks nor Governments are the sugar-daddies we hoped they would be. We shouldn’t be looking to them for answers. We need people who understand what is at stake and make the effort of deeply grasping money and what is needed to bring it to the market place. And yes, regulators are inimical to these schemes. So what? That’s just another hurdle. Not an easy one to take, but doable. Even regulators are bound by law and their regulations lag behind developments. Find out what legal limitations exist in your area for competing currencies, and help expand their use. I know from hard experience, that there is nothing in the laws of Euroland that will stop currencies capable of overwhelming anything the ECB has to offer. The situation is not worse in the US. When streetwise and not naive, comprehensive strategies to deal with regulators can be devised. And let’s be real about something else: regulators lack

Auras are many layered fields of energy that surround the body. They protect us from negative energy and react to surrounding energies, providing a connection between the chakras and the outside world. Auras may expand when positive, joyful energies predominate or contract with sadness and depression. Visible to many who are able to “see” them, the aura may appear white or multi-coloured. We fall into disharmony in many ways. The healthy flow of energy may be blocked by toxins, stress, tight muscles and by other energy frequencies. We are always interpreting and responding to environmental energies and vibrations emitted by other living things. Many of these can be very disruptive. Recently theories have surfaced explaining why bees are struggling to find their way back to their hives. Is it some energy interference confusing their homing mechanisms? Whales are no longer able to easily communicate with other pods thousands of miles away. Is this because of the vibrations of passing ships? What are these same energies doing to us? How can we live in this exciting age of technology and remain balanced and thriving? I asked Vancouver energy healer, Eva Chrostowski, how she helps people regain their healthy harmonious state. She explains that many come to her with chronic health conditions, anxiety and stress. Desires for lifestyle changes are also common: clients wishing for more joy in their lives. Using her wealth of training and intuitive perception, she detects “cool” or “hot” areas of the body, or “rips” or “tears” in the energy field which appear as thin-
ner in places. Quite often, she creates a “space” for clients to recognize the messages the body is sending out. Many physical conditions can be traced to unprocessed emotions such as grief or anger. By allowing clients to reconnect with their deeper selves healing begins. Eva will often set an intention that all the issues needing to be addressed for a client will surface within, usually, 5-7 sessions. Eva is very aware of this connection. Growing up she was constantly experiencing colds, ear-aches, headaches, asthma and allergies. In her early 20’s she was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. With a determination to turn her health around and inspired by “The Power Of Now” by Eckhart Tolle, and Christiane Northrup’s “Woman’s Body, Woman’s Wisdom”, Eva began to explore energy healing. She described herself as a “walking head” with little awareness of body and breath. Turning from her teaching career, she attended Langara College for 3 years studying a blend of holistic and western healing. Many of her own health issues have cleared. She now plays field hockey, runs and cycles. She knows that following her passion of helping people return to health in a loving compassionate way is what keeps her energy balanced and in harmony. Energy, constantly changing from one form to another, always in flow.
legitimacy. They back up the scheming cronies while claiming to protect us and the markets. They, by themselves, are not the solution but rather part of the problem that stems from monopoly currencies. And yes, the struggle to take on entrenched money interests can be a dangerous game. Let’s accept the fact we’ll die soon now, so we can get on with living free during the little time we have left. In other words, we’ll always face struggles and sacrifices, so why not work toward true freedom. The internet is still almost free, and it may be the platform needed to provide for diverse money systems. On the other hand, the internet may be a little amorphous: currencies express identity and should exist on several levels of identity: electronic, physical, personal, regional, national, and international. But for all currencies the internet is an incredible boon, as it provides easy ways for all sorts of applications aimed at transactions. Just look at how banks rely on the internet these days. A good currency needs to circulate widely. It needs a good architecture, providing the services we need. But it also needs users to trust and accept it. This network must be built. In order for this network to grow, currencies must provide added value for all involved or it won’t survive competition. Interest-free money would end the pressing urge for economic growth to finance ever higher cost for
capital. A more relaxed society can develop, where work and inspiration find rewards, where there is work for everybody, where no small cliques monopolize vast swathes of resources, where nobody is left behind -- because there would be plenty to go around. If not money but labor was the scarce factor of production, everything would be different. People will no longer be forced to prostitute themselves for cash. They will be able to be productive in a way that is suitable to them and their passions. Whatever our differences are, one pressing need we all have is for better money. There is no need to beg the system to provide it. The system was created to exploit and create monopolies. We cannot reform something so fundamentally opposite of free and fair. How to Keep your Analogue Meter 1. Send the Letter of Non-Consent to BC Hydro & Corix by Registered Mail, and also by e-mail. Keep copies for legal reasons. 2. Post the Letter of Non-Consent, the No Trespassing Sign and the Private Property Notice on your front door and also on or beside your meter. Make sure they are signed and protected in a plastic sleeve. 3. Take a dated picture of the above for legal reasons. You may wish to consider that others have secured their meter. 4. If the installer attempts to force a smart meter onto your property, do everything you can to make a video or recording of any abusive actions or statements. Obtain full ID if possible, and license number of vehicle. 5. Advise the installer that the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms fully applies on your private property, and advise them to leave immediately and do not return. (**Note - this flyer makes a great handout .) Immediately take the time to write down everything that happened including the date. 6. Tell your friends and family - share this information quickly!
