Exhibitors visit the desk the moment they arrive to set up to receive their expo-related packs. Visitors stop by all day long looking for everything, from where to go to specific exhibitor-related advice.
This is a prime brand positioning at the Expo Entrance with every exhibitor and visitor who attends seeing your name and logo associated with a team of friendly faces and winning smiles.
The Expo Help Desk is utilised constantly during bump in day with every exhibitor going to collect their lanyards and seek information for set up. The thousands of visitors that attend then see this as the first display as they walk in the door, collect their bags, maps, and magazines so it is a valuable space to connect with services providers and visitors.

Physical Space and Exposure at Front Door
The Expo Help Desk will have a huge arch/4 leg inflatable fixture, 9m wide and 4m high with bright colouring, with a 4m by 4m banner hanging above it, welcoming everyone to the event and identifying the Help Desk. This is a major visual boost for any brand and this will include “Expo Help Desk, Sponsored by YOUR ORGANISATION” on the banner above the massive archway that wows visitors as they arrive.
Optional Staff Presence
Providers arrive to set up on bump-in day and visitors walk in with a huge ‘wow’ and look for maps and show bags. What you can do to increase your brand presence is have staff wearing your branded shirts out at the site and help to hand out Expo bags and maps to the thousands of visitors or welcome every service provider arriving to set up on bump-in day. If your staff are there, you can also get them to add your flyer or some physical collateral to the expo bag that all visitors receive at the door.
