Exhibitors at our expos are literally ‘run off their feet’. The 'Rest & Recharge' room, is a separate room that’s located near the exhibition halls, that offers exhibitors and their staff a moment of relaxation amongst the frenziness of the expo. This room will contain basic snacks, water, teas and coffees, and will be managed by one of the DAC team over the course of the two days of the expo to keep it stocked and tidy.
The room will be exclusively sponsored by YOUR ORGANISATION, and will be promoted to all exhibitors to come grab a snack, a drink, to unwind and recharge. What better way to build a relationship with all the providers at the expo, than to offer a moment to rest and recharge?

Promotion of the Rest & Recharge Room
The Rest & Recharge Room will be promoted by sending two (2) email shots to all registered exhibitors four (4) weeks and 1-2 weeks out from the expo. Additionally, an SMS will be sent to providers on the day of the expo reminding them of the room.
Rest & Recharge Room Catering & Management
Light snacks, and basic refreshments (including tea, instant/pod coffee, and water) will be provided by DAC in the Rest & Recharge room to help keep exhibitors and visitors energised and comfortable. This room will be managed by a Developing Australian Communities team member to ensure it’s kept stocked and tidied.

Logo will appear on key website landing pages and other electronic and print media (small/medium/large depending on level of sponsorship).
Welcome Aboard Social Media Post
A social media post to Welcome you to our Sponsor Family, which will include your organisation name and level of sponsorship.
