Sponsor any one of the listed activities located at one of several prime placed activity zones throughout the expo, or bring us your idea for an expo-activity.
Please note, available activities vary from state to state and may be subject to change due to vendor availability, operational or venue requirements. Some activities may be co-located to maximise patronage. Fee is per activity.

The Details:
● Consultation with the sponsor on the selected activity based on state availability and venue guidelines. The decision on where activities are located is made in consultation with the venue. To maximise your organisation’s visibility, we recommend against co-locating an activity with your booth.
● Focus on these activities is inclusivity and accessibility.
● Branding the activity where possible (ie. Sand art has the sponsor logo on it, mini golf has branded golf balls/ flags).
● For competitive activities, digital leaderboard with branding or a branded whiteboard
● Every activity zone will be staffed with Event Staff to manage the flow. Ideally staff would be wearing a vest that has “EVENT STAFF” on the back and a patch on the front with the sponsor logo.

A social media post to Welcome you to our Sponsor Family, which will include your organisation name and level of sponsorship.

A 300-500 word write up - a summary of your organisation posted on website and social media channels.

Sponsor team photo at your booth during the expo with a write up, shared to Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
