Now that we're quite deep into the year and our amazing clubs have organized many volunteer events, I'd encourage you to share your experience in any service project that your school's club has participated in by submitting articles and visuals. I'd love to showcase the service of all of the clubs in Division 38E! Anyone is allowed to write an article, so if you want to learn more, ask your club's editor or vice president. Fall Rally is coming soon, so be sure to attend the spirit sessions to practice our chants! Enjoy the October Newsletter! Serving with a smile
I hope you are all doing wonderful. Crazy how it’s almost November right? With that, this means it is Fall Rally season! I look forward to meeting some if not all of you, so please make sure you are meeting all the requirements for Fall Rally and check with your club officers :) It’s important during this time to manage your time properly and take care of yourself because burnout is real and may happen. Remember I am always here for all of you :).

The RTC was held at Littlerock High School, and its Pixar themed decorations made the event seem very inviting. There was a large, colorful picture frame that had images of iconic Pixar characters around its border I also saw some really cool pixar themed costumes, such as Disgust from Inside Out, Bing Bong from Inside Out, Carl Fredricksen from Up, Woody from Toy Story, and many more The Lieutenant Governors from Region 5 gave some helpful informational presentations about various aspects of Key Club, like potential ice breakers to be used on the first meeting and the requirements for member recognition. All of the members who attended seemed very friendly and hard working, and it was nice talking to some of them After the presentations, we headed to the school’s library to make unique storybooks, which were meant to be given to children The event was an informational and wonderful experience
The Pixar themed RTC at Little Rock high school was an incredible event where we learned more about Key Club, got the opportunity to meet our Region 5 Lieutenant governors, and saw all kinds of costumes for the Pixar Costume Contest. My favorite part of the presentation given was learning about K Kids and the Builders club as a way to get children involved in their communities too! We began the workshop with introductions and sharing our favorite Pixar movie During our service project, we each wrote story books for children and decorated them in different colors This event was an overall great learning experience in which we obtained so much more information
Key Club as
Division 38’s Pixa RTC was held on September 24th It was amazing to get to see so many Key Clubbers gather together :D During the workshops, there would be times you could see a member’s face light up when they hear about something that interests them and it’s always great to see Key Clubbers so passionate We also played some icebreaker games such as musical chairs, where everyone got extremely competitive Overall, I enjoyed hosting RTC and look forward to future years!
