By: Pete Knight Tech-Editor Cristina Ramierez In November, Pete Knight Key Club attended Fall Rally South. During this event, we as a club came to Six Flags Magic Mountain to represent the club and what it stands for on a national level. We had lots of fun attending the spirit sessions where we learned the chants. The spirit sessions leading up to the rally were really exciting. Performing the chants during our turn at the actual rally was a memorable experience. We all enjoyed dressing up in spirit wear and getting to cheer as loud as we could!

By: Joshua Villa Contreras Littlerock Tech-Editor On Wednesday, November 8th, directly after school, Key club members gathered to help clean and reorganize Littlerock's "Lobo Pantry". The clean up was a total of about 2 and a half hours. In the beginning of the clean up, we did our best emptying the pantry, leaving only the things we could not push outside, inside the room. After the room was nearly empty, we asked one of the school's custodians if we could borrow their vacuum cleaner, and fortunately for us they allowed us to borrow it. While some members were working inside the room with the vacuum cleaner, the rest of the members were outside re-organizing, labeling and throwing out old stuff. After the vacuum cleaning was done, we put back all of the stuff we took out of the pantry and neatly organized it inside. After this was done some members pitched an idea to paint the windows to the pantry, to add more color to it, which we agreed and they worked on for as long as we could. After a long time, the Lobo pantry was as clean as ever.

By: Head Spirit Coordinator Sam Gordi On November 17, 2023 during B-lunch, Qh Key Club held a combined spirit session and service project in Mr. Katz room V16. In terms of attendance, we had around 25 total members and all club officers were present. As for the service project, we all were required to make 5 or more sticky notes of supportive messages and place them around the school. Those who were also planning on attending Fall Rally were advised to chant along during our simultaneous spirit session. Both myself (Aaron) and Natalie (Vice-President) helped lead the chants as we were well familiarized with them. While we did have all officers present, there was a significant drop in numbers of those who signed up during club rush. I also think the service project itself was cut short from QHHS’ lunch break being only 30 minutes. In the future, it will be beneficial to both our entire student body and officers to have club service projects after school or span multiple days.
