On March 9, Division 16 Oasis had its March DCM. In this DCM, we made thank you bags and other handmade crafts in honor of National Doctor’s Day. We got many awesome Key Club members from different high schools attended the DCM and helped make the crafts. We had a really fun and chill time at the DCM!
On March 4th, 2024, Knight High School held its 24-25 officer elections. We successfully elected all officers except for the 9th grade representative. Additionally, our current president, Rozie, provided updates on upcoming Key Club events during the elections. Congratulations to all the officers who ran, and here's to a fantastic year ahead!
At this month's food pantry, there were many familiar faces for both volunteers and youth board alike. During the first couple hours, myself and the few other earlycomers (Phuong & Jesse) were sorting through baskets of peppers. Later, we sorted through multiple cases of frozen and non-frozen strawberries to prep for box packing. Those boxes were then later distributed between homes in our entire community!
What really sets QH Food Pantry apart from any other service project is being able to directly help people in need that same day as well as all the new faces that make the seemingly mundane tasks so much more enjoyable!
