OFFICER

Dana Vanta | Perris Dana is now our secretary. She decided to step up to take the position w hen she noticed how important it w as and how responsible one w ould need to be to take this position. Since that day, Dana has show ed her KC spirit and has asked to help w ith the presentations w hen it w as usually just Akarsh and I up there. She also helps make the presentations and edit them. Dana is also trying her best to get all the paperw ork done for next year and fixing this year?s since it w as all left halfw ay done. Dana gets along w ith everyone and is honestly a great addition to our still small club. She' s been helping me advertise to the club the events this year and the main events next year in hopes of keeping everyone in key club. (They already told us they' ll join next year so they can' t escape us.) Even if she still feels w eird meeting everyone in the other schools, I can tell she' s excited for this term! Although w e are all new , Dana is already dedicating herself to this club and getting everyone to have the need to stay and not just consider it another community service group. With all these small things, I believe Dana deserves Officer of the M onth, because in the end, w ith all her hard w ork w e can rise our club back up. Written by Arianna Pena | Perris President

The general session also had a lot of impact w ith roaring crow ds and introductions. Introductions of hosts of the night and our now past District Governor, Joshua Nuesca. An inspirational speech by Heather Schultz w as also given. Who spoke about the pow er w e have as young individuals.
