In the spirit of the micro city vision for Cade Park, residents and tenants will find many of their day-to-day needs are met within walking distance. Along with the retail hub, a childcare facility and a medical centre will be located on-site.

Activation hub

There is a home for every business at Cade Park. While traditional business parks are only for warehouses, factories and trades, Cade Park will house these and so much more. Ample on-site parking and a highly walkable site layout will allow retailers, wholesalers and hybrid businesses to actively attract walk-up customers.

Workshops and studios will feature living quarters. These will take the form of fully liveable and well appointed apartments. It is expected that tenants will use these apartments as permanent places to live, either by the owners, a member of staff or a caretaker.

Warehouses and work pods at Cade Park can be anything a business wants them to be. Brightly lit with soaring ceilings and a selection of neutral-coloured, hard-wearing materials, these cleverly designed facilities are ready for your imaginative fit-out.

Familiar place

Studios and workshops housing creators and craftspeople from all corners of industry will bring much needed life and texture to Cade Park. This community of artisans and technicians will thrive among like-minded businesses and benefit greatly from the additional space offered by generously proportioned work areas.

Furniture makers, industrial designers and brewers, for example, are expected to revel in the creative environment of Cade Park.
