Purpose-Driven Progress

MESSAGE FROM THE CEO
As we publish our third annual Global Impact Report, I am proud to share the excellent progress CSG continues to make toward our sustainability goals. Since 2019, Team CSG has reduced our carbon emissions by 40%, and we further reduced our carbon footprint in 2024 by optimizing our real estate portfolio, enhancing the energy efficiencies of our data centers and beginning to transition our payment center operations to renewable energy sources.
But our commitment does not stop with the environment. As a purpose-driven, culture-first software-as-a-service (SaaS) company, we are dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of our customers, our employees and our communities.
Team CSG believes that purpose-driven companies consistently outperform. As such, these principles are reflected in how we lead, how we work and how we deliver exceptional value to our customers. By prioritizing employee wellbeing, belonging and inclusion, our global teams— spanning more than 20 countries—reflect the rich tapestry of backgrounds, identities and experiences so that all 5,800+ CSGers can be their true authentic selves.
We are creating a global culture of sustainability, inclusion and environmental stewardship where every employee is empowered and encouraged to help us achieve our lofty goals.
We are honored to be regularly recognized as an employer of choice, including being named a Great Place to Work in India for the third year in a row.
Team CSG continues to make a meaningful impact in our communities. Last year, CSGers volunteered more than 15,000 hours supporting local community-based organizations and causes important to them. Together with our incredible partners, CSGers worldwide are backing social entrepreneurs, advancing education in our communities and empowering future generations.
As I reflect on the important strides we have made toward a cleaner environment, being a more caring employer and impacting our communities in more meaningful ways, I know the best of CSG is yet to come. Our commitment is unwavering, and together, we will make a lasting difference in the world.
Thank you for being an essential part of our journey.

Breaking Barriers in Bogotá: Women’s Leadership Symposium
CSG championed women's career advancement and personal empowerment at the second Annual Women’s Leadership Symposium. The global event convened in Bogotá, Colombia, where nearly 200 CSGers heard inspiring testimonies and valuable lessons from a dynamic speaker lineup, including CSG CEO Brian Shepherd and Digicel Chief Digital Officer Aileen Corrigan. Gathering at over 8,600 feet above sea level, as well as remotely, attendees shared strategies to build confidence and elevate their careers.
Topics ranged from building emotional intelligence and leaning into personal strengths and barriers faced by women in the workplace and how to overcome them. Rounding out the day with volunteering at the Bogotá Food Bank and a culture trip to Monserrate, attendees walked away with a renewed sense of purpose. The Leadership Symposium was much more than a celebration of the women in our workforce. It brought us together from all corners of the world to address the barriers that obstruct career progress and offer real approaches to growth and success.
It’s a privilege to bring together such a dynamic group of women, each bringing their unique perspectives and experiences to the table. This is a testament to the power of shared knowledge and creating environments where all voices are heard. Together, we’re shaping a future where leadership knows no boundaries and personal empowerment is within everyone’s reach.

CSG Joins MTN Group’s Flagship Event
CSG has a long history of working with customer MTN Group, Africa’s largest mobile network operator, to provide better experiences for MTN customers. In 2024, we expanded that partnership to help benefit communities in “30 Days of Y’ello Care,” MTN’s flagship employee volunteerism campaign. Each year, up to 13,000 staff members from across Africa participate in the annual Y’ello Care event, offering their time to help. CSGers rolled up their sleeves to paint, clean, make small repairs and work to improve functionality and aesthetics. This initiative is an example of CSG’s ongoing efforts to connect employees with local volunteer opportunities. CSGers joined with MTN team members during the 2024 campaign, which focused on bridging the educational divide across MTN’s footprint.

“A Beacon of Hope” CSG’s Bursary and Graduate Programs in South Africa
South Africa faces a pressing skills shortage in numerous sectors, including engineering, healthcare and information technology. Bursary programs—needs-based financial grant programs—play a crucial role in alleviating this issue by attracting and nurturing talent in critical fields.
CSG’s Bursary Program provides financial support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds to help them pursue professional careers they may not otherwise have access to. Many of our Bursary Program students go on to join our Graduate Program, often becoming permanent employees.
In 2024, 30 students received funding towards their tertiary studies. CSG contributed to these students’ registration fees, tuition, textbooks and traveling costs, as well as computer and data or connectivity costs.

CSG’s Bursary Program focuses on underrepresented groups, including women, rural youth and individuals from historically marginalized communities. Additionally, Bursary Program graduates are often motivated to give back to their communities, creating a positive cycle of mentorship and support.
Receiving this bursary means the world to me, and it's hard to overstate just how much of an impact it will have on my life. It's not merely financial assistance; it’s a beacon of hope and a stepping stone towards achieving my dreams.
— Shadwell, CSG Bursary Program participant
During the course of my Graduate Program studies, CSG delivered on their promise of believing in continuous growth. The company's supportive culture makes it an ideal place to work, and I'm grateful for the caring, dedicated team that surrounds me, my managers and colleagues.

Now in its eighth year, CSG’s South Africa Graduate Program provides new graduates with guidance they need to achieve their goals and successfully transition into the workforce. Under the Graduate Program, CSGers to mentor and tutor the graduates.
We believe providing a global perspective helps students thrive in an interconnected world. By focusing on clear objectives and creating a productive learning environment for our graduates, we help them prepare for successful careers that contribute to the advancement of knowledge in society.
We’ve seen many advantages of our South Africa Graduate Program, including cultivating innovation, addressing workforce demands and improving service delivery. In turn, our mentors benefit from the rewarding experience of working with these talented graduates.

Local CSGers participated in a 50-Mile March designed to respond to the immediate needs of veterans in these communities. The volunteers established a fund to support individual and veteran families through micro grants to address day-to-day recovery essentials, such as hotel stays, food, clothing and other necessities.

Completed Double Materiality Assessment
As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability, CSG has completed a double materiality assessment, a key milestone in our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) journey. This assessment evaluates how sustainability issues affect our financial performance and examines the broader impact of our operations on society and the environment.
The double materiality approach is becoming a recognized best practice for businesses aiming to navigate the complexities of ESG reporting. Through stakeholder engagement and data analysis, CSG has identified critical sustainability challenges and opportunities that align with our growth and responsibility to the community.
While we have already made strides to reduce carbon emissions, protect customer data and foster a culture of inclusion, this assessment allows us to focus on even more targeted sustainability initiatives.
This accomplishment marks an important step in our journey toward a more sustainable future, and we are excited to strengthen transparency and trust with our stakeholders as we move forward.

The Power of Recycling
Sustainability is more than just a goal—it’s part of our DNA. Our Recycling Program plays a vital role in our commitment to reduce waste, conserve natural resources and minimize our environmental footprint. We recognize that recycling plays a large part in this commitment as it helps preserve ecosystems, reduces pollution and supports a circular economy by reusing materials rather than stripping the environment for new ones.
At CSG, our goal is to build an empowered community equipped with the knowledge to make eco-conscious decisions that lead to long-term, positive change. By refining our recycling practices, we are contributing to a cleaner planet and a healthier future, and with each recycling effort we are taking tangible steps toward ensuring a better world for future generations.
Communication, Design & Delivery Recycling
Spanning multiple locations, including Florida, Texas and Nebraska, the CSG Recycling Program is at the heart of our sustainability efforts. The program is designed to track and report monthly recycling data, ensuring alignment with corporate sustainability goals. Each location adheres to a clear and consistent process, detailed tracking and recycling reporting data to track, log and report recycling data from local vendors, ensuring transparency and accountability in our efforts.
Scope & Purpose
The CDD Recycling Program tracks and reports monthly recycling data from all CDD locations. This data is essential for compiling annual recycling statistics, which are used to monitor progress toward CSG’s sustainability goals. Through this effort, we ensure every location contributes meaningfully to our environmental objectives while minimizing waste and optimizing our recycling processes.
IN 2024, CSG FACILITIES
COLLECTIVELY RECYCLED
1,785,494 POUNDS OF PAPER, WITH 100% OF PAPER WASTE BEING DIVERTED FROM LANDFILLS.
This achievement is a testament to our ongoing dedication to resource conservation. Each of our facilities has tailored processes to securely handle and dispose of confidential materials, ensuring both environmental sustainability and data security.
The CDD Recycling Program plays a critical role in our overall sustainability strategy. By strengthening vendor relationships, streamlining processes and maintaining open communication, we ensure that all locations contribute to our corporate recycling objectives.
Inspiring a Sustainable Future Through Partnerships
Creating lasting change requires collaboration. We are proud to partner with environmental organizations that share our vision for a more sustainable world. In 2024, we deepened our commitment to this vision by working alongside several outstanding non-profits that help us drive actions to achieve our sustainability goals.
EarthDay.org
For the second consecutive year, we partnered with EarthDay.org to amplify our environmental impact. We launched a dedicated internal SharePoint site to foster employee discussions around sustainability and environmental challenges.

CSG’S COMMITMENT TO THE ARBOR DAY FOUNDATION AND ITS MISSION TO RESTORE THE ATLANTIC FOREST RESULTED IN THE PLANTING OF 10,000 TREES WITHIN THIS VITAL ECOSYSTEM.
Moving from paper billing to digital payments is a key step for businesses seeking to improve both efficiency and sustainability. CSG plays a crucial role in helping clients navigate this transition. We provide tailored digital payment solutions, ensuring businesses experience seamless adoption while minimizing environmental impact.
Our support includes educating stakeholders, ensuring compliance, and optimizing processes to enable smooth transitions. With CSG’s guidance, businesses can adopt greener, more efficient payment methods with confidence.
We Make Change
Arbor Day Foundation
CSG’s dedication to reforestation took root with a $10,000 donation to the Arbor Day Foundation. This contribution helped support their mission of restoring the Atlantic Forest by planting trees in vital ecosystems. For every $3.33 donated, the foundation plants a new tree—directly benefiting the environment. In addition, CSG was proudly recognized as a corporate partner for the Arbor Day Foundation’s Environmental Change Day, a powerful campaign designed to inspire action for environmental preservation.
CSG is proud to help clients make choices that benefit both their operations and the planet. By reducing paper usage and resource consumption, digital payments contribute to a cleaner, more sustainable future. We are dedicated to empowering our clients to take meaningful steps toward a more efficient and eco-friendly business model.

More than 20 CSG employees volunteered their time and expertise, contributing 80+ hours to organizations that work tirelessly to protect the planet.
Through these partnerships, CSG is making measurable progress toward a sustainable future, empowering our employees to be champions of change and directly impacting our planet’s health.
Earth Day 2024 “Planet vs. Plastics”
Earth Day is a cornerstone of our commitment to environmental stewardship and creating a meaningful impact. In 2024, we were thrilled to renew our partnership with EarthDay.org, bringing together our global team to volunteer in support of our shared dedication to protecting the planet.
The theme for this year, “Planet vs. Plastics,” was a call to action for reducing plastic waste and protecting both human and environmental health. By addressing the global plastic crisis, we are doing our part to safeguard ecosystems and ensure the well-being of future generations. Both in-person and virtual volunteer opportunities were available for employees worldwide. With the help of an interactive map, employees could find local in-person volunteer opportunities, while those unable to attend in-person could support environmentally-focused social enterprises through We Make Change.
Social Enterprises Benefit
During Earth Day

The collective effort of our employees raised more than $60,000 in support of these organizations, significantly contributing to their environmental missions. This year’s Earth Day reaffirmed our commitment to purpose-driven action and creating a cleaner, healthier future for all.
Employee Groups Working
Toward a Common Goal
In addition to our corporate Earth Day efforts, CSG employees across the globe took part in a variety of local Earth Day events, showcasing the passion and dedication to take action toward a healthier, more sustainable future for all.
I had a chance to join a volunteer group in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to celebrate Earth Day 2024. Considering this year’s theme, “Planet vs. Plastics” a group of 32 volunteers from different organizations and different nationalities participated in collecting plastic waste.
Approximately 70 trash bags full of plastic waste were collected during this volunteer activity.

VILLAGE SOLAR FARMHUT
The Black Culture Collective (BCC) also marked Earth Day by partnering with Tabor Farms in Fort Worth, Texas, for a dedicated cleanup effort. Tabor Farms, which spans 40 acres, provides education about farming and supports local residents with income-generating opportunities. Volunteers helped enhance the quality of life for the Stop 6 community, making a meaningful impact in an area that strives for greater environmental justice.
In Omaha, CSGers teamed up with Keep Omaha Beautiful for an environmental cleanup project that resulted in the removal of trash and other beautification projects, showcasing the power of how collective action benefits the environment.

As part of The Great Global Cleanup, CSG proudly joined millions globally in achieving a cleaner, waste-free world.
Our India-based CSGers in Chennai participated in a beach cleanup, continuing our long-standing partnership with EarthDay.org to organize cleanup events across India. This event is part of a broader effort by CSG employees to engage with their local environments, supporting the preservation of natural spaces and promoting sustainability across the globe.
These employee-driven initiatives reflect our commitment to creating a cleaner, healthier planet while fostering an environment where everyone contributes to positive change.

Shaping a Sustainable Future, Together
We understand that every action, big or small, impacts the environment, and we’re committed to a journey of creating a healthier planet and minimizing our environmental footprint. Our Green Your Routine initiative is central to this effort, inspiring employees to incorporate sustainable practices into their daily lives. By making small changes at home and in the workplace, we believe we can collectively build a better future for the world around us.
Zero Waste Living
This year we invited our employees to explore the principles of zero waste living. From composting to reducing single-use plastics, we’re all taking meaningful steps toward a more sustainable and circular economy.
Sustainable Transportation
We’re rethinking transportation. Whether it's biking, carpooling or using public transit, our employees are empowered to choose more sustainable ways to commute. This initiative reduces our collective carbon footprint while promoting healthier, eco-friendly travel habits.
Energy Conservation
Energy efficiency is at the heart of our sustainability efforts. Whether it’s turning off lights, unplugging devices or seeking out renewable energy sources, we’re fostering a culture of energy conservation both at work and at home. Every small action counts in our collective journey toward a more sustainable future.

The Power of Collective Action
Green Your Routine isn’t just about individual changes—it’s about creating a ripple effect throughout our organization. As we continue to share our experiences and inspire one another, we’re making real progress toward a more sustainable future, both for our people and the planet.
But keeping sustainability top of mind, we can drive change and lead the way toward a cleaner, greener world.
