Mixed Level Yoga Class STILLWATER – All are welcome to a mixed level yoga class at the Stillwater Area Community Center. Classes consist of postures and techniques that promote strength, flexibility, endurance, improve balance and concentration and alleviate stress. Class times are Monday at 7pm, Wednesday at 7:30pm, and Sunday at 8:30am. Wear comfortable clothing you can move and stretch in. Class fee is $8 per class, or $42 for a 6-class pass ($7/class). Website for Children with Juvenile Arthritis CAPITAL REGION – The Arthritis Foundation of Northeastern New York is pleased to announce a website for youth who have a diagnosis of Juvenile Arthritis.
