MALTA FLAG FOOTBALL CLINIC MALTA - Malta Flag Football begins July 12th with a fundamentals Clinic for ages 6 to 11 years old. (Kids are separated by age.) Based on the NFL flag football format, it features stations in fundamentals including passing, defense, catching & running. This non-contact program will also utilize fun games to reinforce skills & ends in a scrimmage. This is a great introduction to the sport or a way to prepare for the Malta NFL Flag Football league coming late Summer/early Fall. Volunteer coaches are needed to assist with this clinic. BALLSTON SPA - The Saratoga County Historical Society announced that registration is open for Brookside Digs: An Archeology Experience, which will take place August 4 – August 8. Space is limited, so register now! This program is best suited for ages 10 – 15; participants will work beside professional archeologists on a full excavation at Brookside, which was built in 1792. The weeklong program costs $250 per person and runs from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. daily beginning on Monday, August 4 and ending on Friday, August 8.
