Women’s Club Picnic Luncheon BALLSTON LAKE – The Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Women’s Club will meet for a picnic luncheon at Lakeside Farm on Monday, June 13. Fundraiser & Birthday Party ROUND LAKE – The Round Lake Auditorium will host a fundraiser and 90th Birthday Party for Edna VanDuzee-Walter on Sunday, June 12, starting at 2pm. BALLSTON SPA – They Live On: True Stories of Contact After a Loved One Passes will be presented on Wednesday, June 8 from 5:30-7pm at Maplewood Manor, 149 Ballston Avenue in Ballston Spa. Readings by local author Patricia A. Nugent from her book, They Live On: Saying Goodbye to Mom and Dad, will encourage participants to share their own stories of contact from those who have passed. The workshop is the last of seven free workshops that have been offered at Maplewood based on the newly published book about adult parental loss by Nugent.
