Bulletin Board Cooking Classes with International Appeal COHOES – The International Center of the Capital Region, working in collaboration with Sandra Varno from Cornell Cooperative Extension, with be offering a series of cooking classes at 188 Remsen Street in historic downtown Cohoes. Fun, social and educational…these classes are not to be missed. The classes are as follows: Whole Grain Goodness – Thurs., April 25, 6-8pm; Mediterranean Cooking – Thurs., May 2, 6-8pm; Savor the Season – Thurs., May 25, 6-8pm. Cost per class is $10. Healing Service LATHAM – William M. Champine will conduct a Healing Service at 3pm on Sunday, April 28, at the Holiday Inn Express Latham, 400 Old Loudon Road, Latham. Mother’s Day Brunch LATHAM – Treat Mom on her special day! The Knights of Columbus will hold a Mother’s Day Brunch on Sunday, May 12 from 8:30am-1pm at 328 Troy Schenectady Road in Latham. Breakfast menu includes juice, coffee, tea or hot chocolate, fruit cup, scrambled eggs, pancakes and hot syrup, French toast, home fries, corned beef hash, bacon and sausage, cereal and banana, assorted breads and Danish, and an
