Summer BBQ
You know it is summertime when your friends invite you to a BBQ! Please plan to swing by Crossroads at Lakewood Memory Care on June 15th from 4pm to 6:30pm for a summer barbeque.
The event is co-sponsored by Crossroads Senior Living and Bloom Healthcare Primary Care and Hospice. Our goal is to connect and reconnect with so many of our friends and neighbors who we’ve been unable to see for so long. Families of residents, prospects, and area Senior Living Professionals are welcome! That means if you are reading this, you can come and enjoy good food, good drink and old and new friends.

Update from Maranatha
NAVAJO NATION SCHOOL BUILDING
Maranatha volunteers have constructed a brand-new school in Kayenta, Arizona, part of the Navajo Nation. Spanning primarily parts of northeastern Arizona, southeastern Utah, and northwestern New Mexico in the United States, it is the largest indigenous reservation in the country, covering approximately 27,000 square miles (70,000 square kilometers) of land.
The entire two-classroom building was completed in nearly 60 days, thanks to a small group of dedicated volunteers and prefabricated sections of the building that were constructed by teen volunteers in the summer of 2021. The school will soon open for kindergarten through second grade to provide quality Christian education to the people of the Navajo Nation who live here.
