Classic Car Show
You think July 4 is going to be fun? Have you heard about the 17th?
Save the date, July 17, for Crossroads at Lakewood classic car show. From 2:00 - 5:00 p.m., some of the coolest old and new cars will be on display in our parking lot. Meet the owners—ask questions—beg for a ride!
It’s a family event complete with Snow Cones, snacks, and live entertainment. And for our residents and our guests, a special treat— wheelchair and walker washing. There’s no excuse to have a “dirty” ride any longer. We’re aiming for shiny cars and shining up anything else with wheels! We’ll see you Wednesday, the 17th! And Happy 4th of July!
Update from Maranatha
Kajiado Dedication - For several years now, Maranatha Volunteers International has been working non-stop to rebuild and expand the Kajiado Adventist School and Rescue Center in Kenya. Since 2018, volunteers have helped transform the property with all new school buildings, a water well, landscaping, and perimeter wall. On July 11, this center for Maasai girls who have escaped child marriage and a dangerous practice called “female genital mutilation” will be dedicated.
