Students start their studies with a few online courses that teach them the basics of Excel and bookkeeping. They will augment their learning with in-class studies, taking their Excel skills to the next level, preparing their bookkeeping knowledge, and preparing to be certified in Quickbooks online. Training takes place at CrossPurpose for 8-10 weeks from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. each Monday through Thursday.

We partner with BuildStrong Academy to help students learn essential construction skills like construction math, hand and power tools, career preparation, building projects, blueprint reading, and more. Participants will attend a six-week training at the BuildStrong Academy, MondayThursday, from 8:00am – 12:15pm for the morning class and 12:30pm5pm for the evening class.

Our training partner, Excel Driver Services , will train you in the ELDT safety protocol followed by hands-on training and licensure. The training will also give you the skills needed to pass different endorsement tests at the DMV to add to your license. The training is 3 weeks long. The first week is onsite at CrossPurpose, Monday-Thrusday from 9am-1pm followed by 2 weeks onsite at Excel Driver Services, Monday-Friday from 6:45am-5pm.

Through a mix of online and in-person training you will gain the skills needed to start your career in solar installation. During your training you study for the NABCEP PV Associate and OSHA-10 credentials that will help launch you into your new career. You will be required to be onsite Monday - Thursday from 9am-1pm for your online training and offsite for your in-person training Monday-Friday from 8:30am12:30pm.
