80-250 hours with coaching and class training, varying by wealthbuilding track (3 year pilot) 30 graduates (150 participants) projected with homeownership or $5K saved for retirement.
Graduates earn salaries starting at $40,000 or more and attain certifications for career-building and join a network of over 1,200 alumni and counting
6-month onsite career program including personal development, job skills, and career launch. The Leader Program includes 1-on-1 coaching, community gatherings, access to mental health counseling, peer recovery programs, and spiritual development.
Online, self-paced career readiness, soft skills, and employment re-entry from correctional facilities; 6,800+ all-time participants in 62 of 64 Colorado counties
