*Combined Training is where each team member has to ride a dressage test and then jump a round of show jumps. The results from both of these are then combined to produce the final score.

Bible Reading

A reading from the Book of Genesis

A reading from the Book of Genesis Then God said: “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness. Let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, and the cattle, and over all the wild animals and all the creatures that crawl on the ground” God created man in his image; in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them God blessed them, saying: “Be fertile and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it. Have dominion over the fish of the sea, the birds of the air, and all the living things that move on the earth.” God looked at everything he had made, and he found it very good

Reflection

This week we reflect on the theme of Creation What a beautiful world we live in A world of variety, connectivity and colour Pope Francis wrote about how Creation was an action of Hope God has hope in the world and He has hope in us. Let us be people of Hope and seek to become good stewards over all that has been entrusted to us. Protecting creation, Pope Francis explains, "is not only an ethical issue, but one that is eminently theological, for it is the point where the mystery of man and the mystery of God intersect."

Prayer

All powerful God, you are present in the universe and in the smallest of your creatures. You embrace with your tenderness all that exists Pour out upon us the power of your love, that we may protect life and beauty. Fill us with your peace, that we may live as brothers and sisters, harming no one. Amen.

Let us protect Christ in our lives, so that we can protect others, so that we can protect creation!
