Innovation, Access, Excellence: Our Strategic Path Forward

I am delighted to welcome you to the College of Professional and Global Education (CPGE) and introduce the strategic framework guiding our future. This document, CPGE’s Strategic Goals, reflects our commitment to innovation, access, and excellence, extending Cal Poly Pomona's inclusive polytechnic model to a diverse, global community of learners and partners. We aim to empower growth and drive meaningful impact.

This framework outlines our collective commitment to advancing the college across several critical areas, including innovative programs, global engagement, workforce partnerships and strategic marketing. CPGE is the institutional hub of opportunity built on four pillars: empowering growth, building bridges between academia and industry/community, expanding global horizons, and driving transformative impact locally, regionally, and globally. Our goals position us to empower and meet every learner where they are.
