OUR PROCESS

• Dynamic Air (DA) Engineer will review application with owner, engineer, & installing contractor.

• Field measure the space, obstacles, and the proposed rigging path

• Complete Custom Field Erected AHU designed to meet performance needs within the space requirements and rigging path.

• Fully custom, OEM products and components designed to owner & engineer preferences

• All factory provided base sections, walls and roof panels, coils, fans, frames are engineered and sized with critical rigging path in mind to accommodate door openings, elevators, hallways, conflicting mechanical equipment and any overhead piping, ductwork or other obstacles.

• All air handling components and OEM components are labeled, palletized, and shrink wrapped for delivery

• 3-D Erecter set, step-by-step installation instructions provided for installation team

• Assembly supervision is performed by trained DA Service team

• Field Pressure Testing, if required by DA Service
