| SUMMARY
• Materials continue to see improvement, both on pricing and availability. Galvanized, Stainless, and Aluminum Coil Stock all show improvement.
• Pipe materials appear to be stable. Copper shows a slight up-tick, while Black Steel pricing shows a 20% decrease.
• Equipment lead-times have either dropped or stabilized. All show improvement.*
• Equipment pricing has not followed the trend of the materials downward, however, it appears to have stabilized.
* “Refrigerant Based Products” - The refrigerant phase-out has disrupted factories and rush orders are coming in to beat the deadline. We will likely see some dates slipping for this reason.

Galvanized Coil Stock continues to drop. Stainless and aluminum continue to drop steadily as well. (All prices below are dollar per pound.)
| PIPE & TUBE PRICING
Copper futures (HG) have stabilized. Black Steel prices show a +/- 20% drop since January 2024.
