Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment, and kindly fill in a consultation form so that the spa treatment can be customised to your needs.
What should I be telling my therapist?
Before beginning any treatment is it vital that you advise your therapist of any allergies or medical conditions. During your treatment itself, please let your therapist know if you feel any discomfort or would like special attention on a particular area.
Cancellation Policy
Your treatment time has been reserved especially for you, however we understand that plans change. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you notify us within 24 hours of your booking time, so we can accommodate the needs of other clients. Cancellations less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% cancellation charge. We require 24 hour cancellation and rescheduling time period for groups of three or more. Full treatment price will be charged for no-shows.
Late Arrival
Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. We will do our utmost to accommodate late arrivals but, out of consideration for other guests, your treatment will end at the time originally scheduled.
