AUTUMN ANNOUNCEMENTS

NOVEMBER 2025

PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE

Hello Chapter Members and Sponsors:

As we move into the final stretch of the year, I’m energized by all that our Chapter has accomplished and excited for what lies ahead.

This fall, we celebrated another outstanding Golf Tournament, bringing together members, sponsors, and industry partners for a day of connection, community, and impact. Thanks to the generosity of our Chapter and supporters, we raised nearly $15,000 for The Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston, an inspiring reminder of what we can achieve when we come together.

Our Education Committee also delivered an exceptional and forward-thinking 4-part AI Workshop Series from SeptemberNovember, equipping CRE professionals with timely tools and insights to navigate a rapidly evolving landscape. This innovative programming truly reflects our Chapter’s commitment to leadership and learning as the industry continues to transform.

I am also pleased to recognize the 2025 George M. Conti Young Leaders Professional Development Program cohort, who recently completed the program with an impressive final presentation. Their growth and engagement this year have been remarkable, and we look forward to welcoming the incoming cohort as they begin their journey early next year. At the same time, our Leadership 2.0 cohort is gaining strong momentum as participants continue to deepen their executive leadership capabilities.

In addition, I’m proud to share that The New England Chapter of CoreNet Global had a very impressive showing at the CoreNet Global Summit North America in Anaheim, CA, from October 27-29, 2025, which welcomed CoreNet Global members from around the world. Not only did several of our Chapter members

lead incredible discussions and seminars at the Summit, but the successes of our Chapter culminated in our Chapter being named a top-three finalist for Large/Mega Chapter of the Year!

As we look ahead, we have several exciting opportunities to connect before we close out the year and into early 2026. The Emerging Leaders Committee will once again host our muchanticipated Holiday Party and Ski Trip. We’re also gearing up for our January 27-29, 2025 Membership Speed Networking event, which is bound to be an energizing way to kick off the new year and expand your Chapter connections. I hope to see you there!

Lastly, I am pleased to share that the Call for Nominations for the Board of Directors is now open. I encourage you to review the information Key Board Member Attributes and Expectations included in this newsletter and consider applying before the January 6, 2026, deadline.
