Awards Committee
The Awards Committee brings the New England corporate real estate community together to celebrate the best of our industry at our annual Awards of Excellence gala. From engaging members to submit nominations to planning the details of the event itself, this team helps showcase the people and projects that define our Chapter and industry.
Career Strategies + Development Committee
Career Strategies + Development (CS+D) is your launchpad for purposeful growth, bold connections, and transformative learning. Our programs are designed to empower you with the tools, insights, and confidence to chart your unique career journey wherever it may lead. Whether you're just beginning, evolving in a new direction, or reaching for your next summit, CS+D helps you turn every challenge into opportunity and every step into progress. We champion a mindset shift from simply finding a job to intentionally building a fulfilling, resilient, and ever-evolving career. At its core, CS+D is about unlocking potential, igniting ambition, and cultivating a strong, inspiring community of New England Chapter members who support each other in achieving personal and professional success.
Communications Committee
The Communications Committee plays a vital role in keeping New England CoreNet Global members informed and engaged with both global initiatives and local chapter news. We achieve this through a variety of channels, including newsletters, our Chapter website, and social media platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram. Our committee members are experts in crafting compelling content, driving engagement across all platforms, and supporting other committees in promoting thought leadership. We are also responsible for drafting and submitting award nominations for CoreNet Global recognition.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee
As CRE professionals, our mission is to continue to promote and support advancing the principles and values that lead to and nurture an equitable, inclusive, and diverse community. CoreNet Global - New England's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) committee is dedicated to raising awareness and implementing strategies and initiatives that aid in fostering a sense of belonging throughout the organization, and in turn, throughout the CRE industry as a whole. By providing insight and perspective to the development of educational programs and resources, we are collectively empowering our organization to bring positive impact to people, spaces, and communities. We intend to cultivate a culture within CoreNet Global New England of respect, empathy, and humanity. We strive to be an organization that embraces differing perspectives, where people feel empowered to share their opinions and ideas, and where we can accept and acknowledge the various experiences of all our members, consistently learning and evolving and improving together.
Education Committee
The Education Committee strives to develop morning educational programs for the CoreNet Global - New England Chapter community. A variety of real estate, industry-focused, technology, and personal development topics are included throughout the committee’s yearly programming.
Emerging Leaders Committee
The mission of the Emerging Leaders Committee is to attract and retain future real estate leaders into the Chapter by creating programs designed to encourage emerging professionals to participate and become actively engaged in the corporate real estate industry. The Chapter is committed to ensuring that future corporate real estate leaders have access to educational resources and networking opportunities with their peers as well as senior professionals to support career development and growth.
Golf Committee
The Golf Committee is responsible for planning, promoting, and executing the chapter’s Annual Golf Tournament, a community-driven event and one of the Chapter’s largest fundraisers of the year. Designed to bring together professionals from across the corporate real estate industry, the tournament offers opportunities for networking, friendly competition, and charitable impact. In addition to coordinating all aspects of the event, the committee hosts a golf clinic to welcome and support newer golfers, ensuring everyone can engage and participate in an inclusive environment. The committee also works closely with the chapter’s Community Reinvestment Liaison to align the tournament with the Chapter’s charitable giving goals.
Real Advantage Committee
The role of the Real Advantage Committee is to support the professional development of the New England Chapter’s corporate real estate community through exclusive, sponsor-only, qualifying program offerings. These invitation-only workshops and dinners, available to Corporate Partners and Founders Circle Sponsors, focus on timely topics relevant to enhancing corporate real estate professionals’ contributions to their companies and across the industry, as well as provide exclusive and unique opportunities for knowledge sharing via one-on-one networking and relationship development.
Sponsorship Committee
The Sponsorship Committee works with existing, new, and potential sponsors to expand knowledge of sponsorship benefits within our professional community, promotes the value of CoreNet Global and our award-winning New England Chapter, maintains regular communications with sponsors, helps to promote participation at Chapter and national events, reviews sponsorship benefits and structure in tandem with other committees to optimize value, and onboards new Corporate Partners to the CoreNet Global - New England Chapter.
University Relations Committee
CoreNet Global - New England Chapter's University Relations Committee works to expand the Chapter's reach to Boston's many colleges and universities to expose students to the possibilities of careers in corporate real estate. The Committee also works with human resources and hiring departments at universities, and at our Corporate Partner and Service Provider sponsor companies, to identify opportunities for internships and jobs for students and graduates.
