The Lowell F. Hawthorne Foundation announced its upcoming 2023 Scholarship Fundraising and Awards Ceremony scheduled for November 9, 2023, at the Glen Island Harbor Club, 50 Glen Island Park, New Rochelle, New York. The event aims to celebrate and recognize outstanding individuals for their achievements, community involvement, and dedication to education.
