Small unmanned self-service remote site providing essential access-to-cash transactions.
Self-service hub featuring a larger variety of services and possibly manned by essential staff. Can host both a retail and a businessfocused area, or accommodate shared banking services where multiple banks offer transactions on the same devices.

Our XDi Express Deposit solutions are self-service bag deposit devices accepting large deposits of notes, coins, documents and cheques secured in tamper-evident, barcoded bags. This solution allows Retail and Business customers to prepare their deposit in a safe environment and complete their transaction in branch securely, without cash exposure, in less than 30 seconds. Each deposit is recorded in detail, identified by account ID, timestamp and barcode, which are all detailed in the acknowledgment slip the User receives at the end of each transaction.
This not only provides full traceability of each bag, facilitating the reconciliation of the deposits by the CIT or branch staff; it also offers compliance to Anti-Money Laundering regulations where required.

Our BCi Business Change Solutions are self-service change dispensing devices allowing commercial customers to ‘buy change’ in the form of rolled and loose coins, and small denomination banknotes, by paying-in high-value banknotes or using their account credit via bank card.
Tried and tested by banks all around the world, often as a chargeable service, our BCi range automates and simplifies one the most timeconsuming but essential services that business customers need. Users no longer have to queue up at the counter and pre-order their change in advance; our BCi solution allows them to simply go to the machine and quickly pick up the change mix they need, at their convenience.
Branch Staff are no longer required to prepare change orders, serve at the counter, or process paperwork. The BCi allows them to focus on high value generating tasks, and it is ideal for unmanned sites like retail/remote locations, banking hubs and branches.

With our BCi solutions, cash replenishment can be outsourced to CIT as a fully managed service, significantly reducing costs further.
Our CDi Coin Deposit Solutions are self-service bulk deposit devices that allow Retail Customers - and coin-positive Business Users - to bring in their excess coins, pour them into the machine and receive a voucher to the amount deposited to redeem at the counter, or a receipt of the amount being credited directly in their bank account.
Our CDi solutions help Banks dramatically cut down on time and costs associated with receiving, counting, storing and processing coins deposits over the counter and in the back-office. With a 99,98% accuracy against counterfeits and miscounting, and by logging each transaction in detail, they also enable full visibility and control over deposited coins, across the network and at all times.
Deposits are stored into a wheeled bin or a set of coin bags on a carousel, ready to be picked up by the Cash Management provider. The coin head mechanism clears and resets after each transaction to prevent jams for maximised uptime.

Our entire range comes with a full XFS package that allows full integration to the core banking system.
When this is not required, we offer a cloud-based reporting and analytics platform that extracts transaction and status data from our devices and transforms it into graphs and reports via our on-line portal.
The customisable and access-based dashboards allow full visibility of devices and control over CIT management and cash flow, providing Customers with high-level information as well as the ability to drill down to each transaction, user ID, and networked machine.
