CASE STUDY: KEDRON-WAVELL LTD. ABOUT KEDRON-WAVELL LTD Kedron-Wavell Ltd. operates three venues in Queensland: Kedron-Wavell, The Sands Social, and The Sands Bowlo. Each venue varies in size and complexity, both Kedron-Wavell and The Sands Social have implemented Consillion Cash Recyclers into their clubs to automate their cash handling processes.

The main venue, Kedron-Wavell, spans over 10,000 square meters and offers everything a club can provide in Queensland. This includes bars, cafes, restaurants, gaming, function spaces, TAB, Keno, EGMs, ATMs, and CRTs. With over 180 staff members and a minimum use of 30 floats per day, efficient cash handling is crucial. The Sands Social is a smaller venue with 40 staff members. Although it offers fewer options, it still has a significant number of EGMs and F&B options. This justifies the need for a cash recycler, as the venue’s cash handling requirements are similar to those of KedronWavell. As their Finance Manager, Brayden Young is based at Kedron Wavell, they also implemented this device to ensure increased accuracy and accountability at the site.
