PULL PLANNING: ENHANCING EFFICIENCY AND COLLABORATION
WEEK OF 05.27.25
Attendees participated in a Pull Planning Experience session where they immersed themselves in the theory and practice of sequencing tasks by working backward from a project milestone. The project management technique of pull planning involves a collaborative approach where stakeholders (in our case – Superintendents, Project Managers, and Trade Partners) define tasks and sequence them to achieve the goal.
Special shout out to our VDC team who has created and printed the 3-D scaled models for hands-on experiential learning in the workshops!
