Description When you need to provide constructive feedback, how do you determine what feedback to give and how to deliver it? This session clarifies the feedback process and covers specific steps to deliver timely guidance, structure a review conversation, and make feedback a routine process that employees look forward to throughout the year. Attendees will develop an understanding of the process of PFP development through the stages of a project. This course is geared toward the pre-construction phases of a project but can be a useful refresher for the project phase. (Note: that this course is NOT a QuickBase input-centric training). Immerse yourself in the world of Arch Energy accounting! Join Benjamin Cadrin and Brett Kaneshiro as they navigate the various types of contracts Arch Energy handles, from direct agreements with owners to subcontracts with Consigli. Gain a comprehensive understanding of Arch Energy’s accounting structure and learn how it differs from Riggs accounting. Additionally, discover effective communication strategies with Arch Energy project managers and accountants, particularly regarding billing timelines. By the end of this session, you’ll have a solid understanding of Arch Energy accounting and be well-equipped to collaborate on future projects.
