Your primary point of contact during your Setup project. Your PL is responsible for the overall success of your project as well as ensuring key milestones are achieved in line with your Project Plan.

Consultants offer subject matter expertise in the areas subscribed within your subscription. In many circumstances, your Consultant is also your Project Lead.

Project Coordinator

Customer Success Agent

Your Project Coordinator is responsible for the delivery of the Implementation - Training phase of your project. They are also responsible for configuring your subscription and setting up user access.

Your Customer Success Agent will support the embedding of your CompliSpace solution post project setup.

Implementation- Consulting

• To support the implementation of the modules subscribed, Implementation - Consulting phase will consist of a series of smaller, module specific projects.

• Each project will include

• A summary of all content inclusions

• A designated number of contact hours accessible to the Project Team

• An agreed set of module specific deliverables

• An agreed delivery structure* (For example, 2 x ½ day sessions)

PROJECT CLOSE

Project Close

• At week 28 of your project, we commence Project Close.

• Project Close refers to closing the Setup project. Within this process, the Project Team will prepare a Project Close Report in preparation for tour transition to Customer Success.

• Both Project Teams revisit and sign off the deliverables, as defined in the Governance Meeting Two.
