Rural escapes in The National Forest In the heart of The National Forest, located in 154 acres of woodland are Rosliston Forest Lodges. Set in the grounds of Rosliston Forestry Centre our luxury lodges, each with their own secluded plot, offer a relaxing woodland stay surrounded by birds and wildlife.

All our timber cabins are made from locally sourced materials. The wood panels are designed to age and weather to be in keeping with the natural environment. On the inside you’ll find a luxury hideout with comfy sofas, quality beds and a private terrace with BBQ. With flat screen TV, DVD and a fully equipped kitchen, you can eat, sleep and lounge to your heart’s content.
Bring your bikes or get your walking boots on and discover The National Forest. Some of the area’s most famous attractions are just a short distance away including Conkers, Calke Abbey and National Forest Adventure Farm not forgetting Swadlincote’s ski and snowboard centre. Specialist equipment can be hired including hoists, hospital beds and scooters. Call us for details and prices. Rowan and Birch are designed with couples in mind with super king sized beds, luxury bedding and a private grassed area. Chestnut is the largest lodge with 4 bedrooms, space for 10 guests and an extra large wet room. Cedar, Sycamore and Oak are all 3 bedroomed and can sleep between 8-10 guests so are ideal for larger groups. Pets are welcome at Rosliston - Cedar and Oak are our canine friendly lodges.

Do as much or as little as you like on your stay. The quiet location of our Forest Lodges allows you to unwind and enjoy some me time. Without the distractions of WiFi you can relax and watch television or engage in games and conversation with your friends and family.
